I ordered boots from Rikkishop on 9/18 and received email confirmation of payment/purchase with a link to track my order. After over 2 weeks of checking and status always stating " We've accepted your order and we're getting it ready. Check back to this page for updates on your order status". I emailed their 'contact us' email address listed on their website to inquire on my order which I never received a response. I started digging around and googled Rikkishop which yield at least 50 reviews warning DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY; YOU'VE BEEN WARNED; DON'T DO IT; COMPLETE SCAM! etc....Same story one each, ordered items....charged credit card....3 weeks nothing....emailed Rikkishop....no response....try to get a refund...no response. Some people actually received the items months later and said the product was 'garbage and wrong size' "pure junk"....ect. The review site is ***, again there are about 50 reviews and one worst then the next. Also, they are all in the 9/12 to 10/6 time frame. hope you look into this one. It's a real disappointment that people are taking advantage of unsuspecting consumers.

This company immediately processed my payment, and never sent item purchased. After one month of waiting (they warn that it may take awhile to receive), I emailed and requested an update...two days later they replied that there had been a delay. After waiting another week (as promised it would be ready), I again emailed only to wait a day or two to hear back (said item was no ready to ship), I demanded a refund instead. They emailed on June 3, stating my account would be fully refunded by June 10. That has not happened and now they are not responding to emails.

Rikkishop on instagram is a scam. I ordered from them the 6th of May. Today is literally a month and i haven’t heard anything back from them. Other women as well have been getting scammed by them
