On realtor.com there was a property listed at 2418 Morgan point blvd, Kissimmee FL. This gentleman name was Robert Beatty. He claimed he was renting out this property for $1350 a month. He emailed me an application to fill out that asked for both mine and my husbands information including our SSN and DOB. There was an application fee of $150 that my husband did pay for. This man’s email address is [email protected]. After submitting the application back to him, I then searched up the property on another website. There I found that this property is listed under a company called Main Street Renewal. I called this company and spoke with a gentleman name Roberto. He explained to me they don’t go through third parties and their properties should only be listed on their website. I gave them the names name and number and they told me it must be a scammer.
