Contacted by phone said they had buyer for my timeshare in Mexico Paid fee to be released from contract . Follow by more fees --taxes etc.

Investigation relieved: There is no such company registered in Iowa

Their address and zip code is bogus

Their website is only 6 months old and registered for only 1 year

The server tab shows that Vinter Trust & Assets are the same as Rock River

they are using a private proxy server to hide the owner's name and address

I own a timeshare. Guy called talking about he wanted to buy the time share for 30,000$ after you go through a process he says there's a fee of 3,000$ you pay the fee and then they disappear. Thankfully i caught on to the scam in time before i sent any money.
