I placed an ordered through RosaQueenHair.com supposedly an legitimate website placed an order through them not realizing there shipping from china because doesn’t state that as you place your order. i emailed them asking when my order would ship out they said 20 working days i asked them kindly to cancel

my order and refund me my money. they kept telling they will refund me never did, mind you i purchased through my paypal account, so my paypal account would of immediately notified me i was refunded for so and so amount. they lie and there a scam .
