I received mail from Royal Sea Cruises and in the packet they sent me had a voucher and a phone number to call. I called the phone number to see if I won anything and I tried to claim the free cruise that they said I won. They said I had to pay a $59.00 fee and it would be $118.00 for my sister and I to go on the cruise. When I was on the phone they were very determined to get me to pay the $118 and stated that there was only a 1 call limit on the voucher as the supply was limited. They even tried to get my sister's credit card number. There was also a lot of people talking on other phones in the background when I called them. When I called them again and got a hold of a manager I could still hear all the people talking in the background as it was the same room I think.
