I ordered a reborn doll from RSGDolls.com that was suppose to be full silicon. When it arrived in the mail today, it was just a plastic doll, one that I could have purchased at the store. I emailed the company at [email protected] asking for a refund and to send the doll back, when they told me they can only offer me 10% and lied and said the item I received was the item I ordered. I responded back to them to tell them this doll is not full silicon and is indeed plastic

I paid for a full silicone reborn doll, but the item I received was not full silicone and didn’t even look like the picture I believed I was paying for.

This site should be removed due to false advertisement. You order and expensive product and get a knock off 20 dollar item. They guarantee satisfaction but refuse to follow through
