Hi, I'm Ruth! Welcome to my studio. For nearly 20 years, I've passionately crafted unique, handmade jewelry. Each piece is created in my Arizona studio using carefully selected materials. I specialize in silver jewelry, with some gold-plated and gemstone options. My goal is to offer exclusive, handcrafted pieces at accessible prices. Thank you for your trust and support, I hope you love these pieces as much as I do!
A Facebook ad mentioned she was retiring and getting rid of her jewelry at a deeply discounted price. I order a few pieces for the holidays. Once I realized the product was coming from CHINA not Arizona, I wanted to cancel but they said I needed to wait for the product to arrive to the house.
When I received the package, I emailed them to say I wanted to return it. "Ruth's Gems" stated the following:
To ensure that your return goes smoothly and that we can help you as quickly as possible, please follow these steps
carefully:
1. Initiate the return of the parcel
2. Obtain a tracking number for the return shipment
3. Keep the tracking information
4. Low declared amount
5 . Costs and reimbursement

Send the parcel to our return address in Ningbo, China.
Make sure you get a tracking number for the return from the courier. Without this tracking number, we will not be able to
track your shipment and provide any further service.
Keep an eye on the tracking information or tracking link for the returned parcel. Once the parcel has arrived in Ningbo,
China, we can proceed with the next steps.
Declare a low value for the returned parcel. A high declared value may result in the parcel being detained by customs, and
we must pay additional taxes.
If additional taxes have to be paid, we will not be able to refund or reship the product.
We can only refund the cost of the product itself. The shipping costs will not be refunded
