I ordered from Ryvalia.com. I then waited weeks and weeks before I reached out. I emailed them at [email protected] and got the run around. I demanded my money back. They reassured me that the product was on it's way. I never did receive it. Then they tried to send a subscription order, which I had not signed up for.

I also didn't receive that order.

I did get a notice from the post office many weeks later, that they had a package for me, that arrived with an astronomical amount of postage due. It came from overseas, even though they say that their company is based is the US.

I declined it. I had to go thru my credit card to receive payment back for the $68.83 I lost.

It was a very tedious process, and most aggravating too.
