Bad hair toppers

I purchased 3 hair toppers from this company that are nothing like the advertisement. They are cheap and have a gap between the hair and forehead because there isn't a clip located on the front center to hold it down. They didn't leave any way to contact them. I went through eBay to report this and I got a reply to return them to an address in China instead of Pennsylvania which cost a fortune or keep them with a 25% refund even though I'll never be able to wear them. Stay clear of this company!

Cheap and Incorrect Product Sent - SANQISTORE

This company sent me the wrong product, and it is nothing like what I ordered. The hair topper I needed was a specific length, but what they sent looks completely different and feels fake. The website itself appears fraudulent and should be flagged as such. They refuse to give full refunds, instead offering only a small fraction of the payment and claiming return shipping will cost more than the refund—clearly to discourage returns. This is misleading advertising and dishonest business practice. I demand a full refund and for them to cover the cost of the return shipment, as I should not be responsible for the cost of sending back an incorrect product. This feels like a complete rip-off, and I strongly advise others not to buy from them.

I ordered a human hair topper from this company and what I received was cheap Barbie doll hair it was not even high-quality synthetic hair when I contacted the company and wanted to return it they wanted me to pay to ship it back to China! Why should I pay to ship anything back when you sent me fraudulent goods I have filed a grievance through PayPal

They send Fake synthetic hair topper from China

I wish I had not been so impulsive when buying this hair topper and I wish I did more research on this company before I bought, because this topper Cost me $58. They misrepresented their product by sending a fake looking synthetic hair topper from China. They want me to accept a 25% refund and give the topper to someone else or return for 100% refund, but pay the high shipping return fee. They will not send me a return label that any good business would typically do. I paid with PayPal and they are not doing much to get my money back, so I have a claim with my bank.

As all the other stories here; I ordered a hair piece and paid extra for expedited shipping. Order came after 11 days and the hair piece was horrible. The packing was cheap and halfway open. No return address or paperwork. I contacted my bank and disputed the charge so I hope they will resolve it. I have tried to contact the seller on their email address but with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. OHHHH and of course they are in China even though it says made in the US.

Niki’s Salon (Sanqistore comes up on my statement)

Bought a hair topper on Facebook (video is from Niki’s Salon- supposedly 100% human hair) & just like all the other complaints, it is NOTHING like it looks like on Facebook! Not even going to bother returning it. Paid for expedited shipping. Should’ve been delivered 3 to 5 business days. After three emails to them (the last email getting a nasty reply from them) it was finally delivered after 14 days. It says made in the USA but funny thing is it came from CHINA! Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Don’t waste your time or money!

This website is a scam. Seller has hair toppers which are pictured of great quality, however once received they are junk and of poor quality. They tell you to gift to a friend and tell you that the return cost are very expensive and advise you not to do it. Also they say on their website they are located in the US which is a lie as they are based in China.

MISLEADING RIPOFFS CHEAP DONT DO IT

My story is exactly as the other post that have commented on here. I just wish I had done my research before buying anything from this scam site.
Hair toppers are of very poor quality, they look fake (nylon doll hair), the toppers stick up and don’t look seamless. The company doesn’t give refund, instead offers a fraction of your payment and tells you that it will cost you more in shipping charges so they don’t recommend you request a refund!
Such false advertisement. I ordered 2 medium brown toppers with highlights but I received 2 reddish/brown toppers with NO HIGHLIGHTS WHATSOEVER! No color dimension AT ALL.
I loved this stupid [censored] last email from them. “Please kindly consider briefly that will it might be possible for these to be a gift to others? or could you accept a 30% partial refund as a way to make up for this?" They say it's a company in China but the return address on the package was California. There was also no paperwork in the package with it. This is such a scam...they offer a discounted refund and they still make money off of it and it's not even a usable product.
Maybe I can be use them for Halloween costumes. That’s about all they are worth is a good costume joke.

I ordered a "natural" hair topper in grey and when it came the hair was basically like Barbie hair and it had like a blue hue to it. I emailed them and asked to return but they said Another response from them, "please kindly consider briefly that will it be possible to be a gift to others? or could you accept a 25% partial refund as a way to make up for this?" then told me they'd give me a full refund if I returned it to China but i had to pay for shipping. I ordered a hair topper in a medium blonde/light brown and I received a dark brown hideous hair topper. It isn't even wearable it looks so cheap and nothing like they advertised. When I contacted them via email they actually wrote "no product can satisfy every customer who has received it. Some people like it, some people dislike it." Also, they wrote, "please be advised that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of you so we don't recommend you return the products to us, the shipping cost is very expensive and you will need longer time to get refund." I told them that I shouldn't have to pay for shipping on something that I didn't receive correctly. Totally different color than I ordered.
