I had ordered some shoes from a website, Sawbehind.com. It took over a week for the shoes to arrive and in less than a month the shoes threads came loose. I had contacted the customer service for they offered 30 day money back guarantee, 30 days of use, not since order. They at first denied me a refund, then offered $3 dollar refund and I keep the item. I told them I wanted a full refund and I would send the shoes back. They then proceeded to offer $5 refund and I keep the shoes, after pushing more the offered two options, $8 dollar refund or full refund and I send the shoes back, but I have to cover shipping costs.

Needed a different size and I emailed them several times, no answer. I returned the shoes to the return address and the tracking number says it was sent to another delivery service and there is no way for me to track. I never got a refund. They kept my money and I have no shoes.

saw several Face Book ads for Men's wide Outdoor shoes at a reasonable price $49.99. Ordered a pair size 14 extra wide, several days later got an email confirmation that my shoes had shipped . Tree weeks later they came in a postal bag ( no box, no paperwork ) opened the bag and they are of very poor quality and very narrow. The only tag of any kind was a small piece of fabric attached to the tongue with 50 on it, then someone wrote a 1 through the zero making it 51 , I'm guessing that's 51 cm. Sent them an email saying I wanted to return them, they responded with an offer of $5 refund and keep the shoes and give them to a family member. If I didn't agree I would have to pay for the shipping myself and it wouldn't be cost-effective. I declined the $5 and told them to send me return info and I would decide if it was cost-effective. Also reported the ads to Face Book

Did you return them and get a refund? We are in the same situation. They offered $4 and to give them to family or friends.
