Scam company with many testimonials. Very clever by drowning themselves in fake positive reviews. They've also branched out as "SHIFT: Auto Brokers" in Troy, MI. Google maps their "location" and see that it's an empty office building. No lot, no business. Ask them for maintenance records on the car, they can't find 'em. Look at the receiving party in the wire request. When the jig is up, they block you from contact.

They put an TON OF TIME AND ENERGY scamming innocent people out of their hard earned money! Fake twitter,Facebook, Instagram, website, Craigslist, fake burner phone accounts, fake positive reviews! I found the car they “sold” me by googling it just like they did! I hope people read these comments. I wish I did before I became a SE MOTORS VICTIM!

This was the best, most hassle free experience I have ever had purchasing a car. The hardest part was searching for a vehicle and sticking to the budget I set. Once I narrowed down the make/model of vehicle I wanted just finding one that I loved was next.
I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic with just over 40K mikes. When I went to pick up my vehicle Melanie was my "sales person". She was so friendly and helpful! The vehicle was in better condition than the pictures. There were actually a few more imperfections on the exterior than what was listed when I purchased but prior to my arrival Melanie had already taken pictures and documented the defects prior to my arrival and informed me that within 24-48 hours someone will be in touch with getting them repaired. Literally the next day I had been contacted. I have 30 days to find a local body shop to provide a written estimate to SE Motors to have the repairs done. This was such a pleasant experience I highly recommend it. SE Motors Group customer service is great as well. The car was supposed to be available for pick up on a Friday and due to the logistics with the transport it wasn't available until the following Wednesday. They offered me the ability to select another vehicle if this posed an inconvenience but I decided to wait. Even with all the extra defects I have until Tuesday (7days from picking it up) to decide if I want another vehicle! Thank you Melanie for being professional and courteous.

A few things I never purchase NEW, Cars and Men I like them with a lot of miles and broken in already!
This place is not your average used car joint. It's Classy, No-pressure, and I wish more car lots would be on board with this group. You don't get a guy coming up with a bunch of teeth more then an alligator at feeding time.
Upon walking in (yes all cars are indoor so rain sleet or shine you can shop) you get a friendly hello, a list of inventory with all the prices and logistics of each car.

Don't even try to Deal, you don't have to everything is priced fair all cars are looked over. I purchased 2 cars from here in the past and have always been pleased with them.

The owner is awesome, staff is memorable and the list is pretty high end
Jaguar (low inventory but still nice selection) BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, Audi, you get my drift. They have a few other models from trade-ins

This is my favorite place to car shop...Even if I lived in another state I'd shop here and have the car shipped (as many of their customers do). I'm that impressed with their process. I bought a sedan here almost 3 years ago and they suggested a great mechanic and an extended warranty. My maintenance cost have been reasonable to date (when dealer maintenance costs are outrageous).

They provide free Carfax and Autocheck on any Car, Suv, or Truck they sell, via their website at semotorsgroup.com (be sure to check the average miles per year).

It may take getting use to, but sales people don't hound you to buy a car. You approach them when you're ready. Be sure to ask for their spec and price sheet. I met a few out of town buyers in the car lot, who are repeat customers and are also addicted to their website. lol. Note hours are 9am - 5pm M-F and they're closed on weekends.

A friend just purchased a used convertible here yesterday at a great price point and the team was exactly as I had described them, no pressure tactics and professional. Everyone there is very subdued (no hyper sales people-lol).

Everything went smoothly and was according to the information presented. I was kept informed during each step of the process. My car arrived clean and in good condition. We took the car to our local dealership to have it checked out and it passed with no concerns. If you are in a hurry to get a new car, this is the right program for you. The entire process took about 7 days. It was much easier than sitting in a dealership for 4-5 hours. I will do it again in the future and highly recommend SE Motors.

Found just the SUV I wanted on SE Motors and the buying process was fast and easy. The paperwork is done online and the truck delivers the car to your door. Everything about the car was just as stated and a Car Fax report on the vehicle was included. An adequate time is provided to return the vehicle if it doesn't suit you but mine suited me just fine!.

Absolutely easiest and best car buying experience to date. After searching for my RIGHT vehicle for some time I found it at SE Motors. I will admit I was a little skeptical at first but SE Motors made every step of the process completely straight forward, simple, and worry free. Like everyone else nervous about buying a car online, so was I. Took the leap and was totally surprised. The entire deal from day one, paperwork to delivery and pickup in Denver took 7 days. Communication throughout was fantastic. Went into it trying to manage my own expectations and figured it would take at least 3 wks.

The car showed up and it was better than i expected. Figured there was stuff not showing in the pics. It was great. It was detailed inside and out. The outside was dirty from the 1000 mile trip but i expected that to be the case. Makes it hard to inspect on arrival though. Cleaned it off and it looked great. Took it to my mechanic the next morning to get it check out. All good. It's a keeper.

Got sick of dealing with local dealers and chasing cars that have BS descriptions just to drive across town to find out the color description is not even right. Very Happy with my SE Motors experience. Will use again.

At first I was a bit unsure of purchasing a vehicle I was not able to see or test drive in person, but the whole process was smooth and rewarding. My sales rep was phenomenal! Very easy going and professional person on the phone. After my documents were returned to SE Motors, I was driving my car a week later. That is including the inspection and the delivery.

The delivery driver was great, I met him less than a half a mile down the road in an open parking lot, as the large truck is a bit much to try and maneuver on side streets. When I got there, he was already taking my car off the truck.

Note: Car was is in perfect shape. It came with one key, mats in the trunk, the owners manual in the glove box. All in all, I am shocked with the experience as purchasing a car online is very new to me. I am pleased with the process and my car. Stay patient, optimistic, and don’t be afraid to call SE Motors with your questions or concerns. I think they are truly working on strengthening their bond with buyers. Looked all over the country for a vehicle with special options and color. SE Motors had this vehicle. After talking with a very nice and informative sales representative, I purchased the vehicle. The complete process was super. Purchased on Thursday and the vehicle arrived the following Monday. The only hiccup during the process was the email telling me the vehicle would arrive on Sunday, but after talking to a live person on Sunday they informed me it would be delayed a day. You receive informative emails throughout the process, and always could talk to a live person whenever I needed. I will recommend SE Motors Group to friends and family.

I was somewhat skeptical of purchasing a vehicle sight unseen and without a test drive, but did not want the hassle of dealing with a salesman at a dealership or used car lot. The vehicle I purchased arrived about 5 days after being ordered, in perfect condition and was just as pictured and described online. Exceptionally good at explaining and going over the car with me, answering all my questions and then following up several times after leaving.

Customer service was outstanding. Each step along the way SE Motors representatives were courteous, communicated clearly and honest. I was apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle without being able to touch, test drive and kick the tires. With the vehicle now in my possession, it is exactly as advertised, best SUV ever!

I am a former car salesmen and would never consider buying from an online dealership just because I like to touch and see what I'm buying. The vehicle I bought though I couldn't find at a traditional dealership and definitely not for the price I paid; most traditional dealerships wanted $6-$7000 more for the same vehicle plus the hassle of the dealership. The salesmen at SE Motors was very polite, answered all my questions, and constantly game me follow ups throughout the purchase process. Once the deal was done, the customer service department kept me informed on the status of my purchase and the delivery team provided me with daily updates on the shipping status of my Truck. I would recommend purchasing through SE Motors 100% without any hesitation. Great experience and when the time comes, I will look to purchase from them again.

Being an online purchase I was very weary of using any company to purchase a vehicle, but once I started the process with SE Motors team it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Their quick response times and their great inter company communication, makes it very easy for the consumer and puts our minds at ease knowing we are being taken care of. I highly recommend this company if you want to avoid the annoying dealership sales guys and the stupid game they play every time you step onto the car lot.

After looking for the perfect truck for months I stumbled across one on SE Motors. Having never heard of this site before I was VERY hesitant. VERY. So I researched them for hours, read reviews, called and talked to them several times, and got the scoop on how they operate. The truck was honestly to good to pass up so I figured I would take a chance. The pictures showing the truck were pretty good and showed an immaculate vehicle. The price was very fair considering the condition and low miles. They refused to even discuss price or negotiation, but as I said the price was very fair so I didn't press the issue. Anyway, long story short I went ahead with the purchase. Delivery process was great. They called me every day after the truck picked up the truck to tell me it was still on schedule. Truck arrived exactly when they said it would. The truck was CLEAN inside and out. Delivery driver was nice and professional.
Took the truck to the mechanic for a inspection and they said it was one of the cleanest used vehicles they'd seen and couldn't find a single thing wrong with it. Not one. And I paid them extra to be more thorough than usual.

SE Motors even extended the return window for me when I called them on Friday (Day 5) and told them I thought there might be an issue and that I couldn't get the vehicle in to the mechanic until Monday. They said it wasn't a problem as long as I communicated and let them know right away the issue and what I wanted to do. Turned out there wasn't a problem at all, just normal operation for the engine but I wasn't used to a diesel engine and didn't know to expect what was going on. I emailed them and told them all was well.

All in all I couldn't be happier with the experience.I would definitely buy from them again, and in fact we are looking for a newer vehicle for my wife and if we find the right one on SE Motors I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them.

I called inquiring about a used car at 3:00 Wednesday afternoon and got in touch with the salesman. We had negotiated a fair price by 5:00 that afternoon. I made the trip to Fort Worth this morning, Thursday, the car was fully-detailed and ready to test drive. Came back, completed paperwork, and was on my way. By FAR the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND SE Motors Group.
