Re: Alleged Debt to Comcast

You are now listed as a collection account on my credit report as some entity who claims I owe you money. I have no idea who you are and have never contracted with you for ANY services. I have never received a bill from you OR from Comcast regarding this account because I have also never had an account with Comcast.
I need you to immediately provide me with this information:
#1) signed contract or application where I allegedly obtained credit with you.

#2) Copies of all invoices mailed to me during the time I allegedly had an account with Comcast including what services they provided to me.
#3) Verification of all payments made by cash, credit card, bank debit or check on this account during the time it was open. Please mail this information to me within the next ten (10) days or remove this from my credit report as erroneous and do not ever attempt to collect this false debt from me again.
By copy of this letter, I am notifying Experian, Trans Union and Equifax that I am filing a formal dispute of this account. I am also notifying the Consumer Protection Bureau and the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney General in Texas that you are violating the FDCPA and the FCRA by reporting an account I DO NOT OWE AND HAVE NEVER HAD TO the credit bureaus.
