I am contacting you from our fraud prevention department. We are emailing you to let you know that your order has been placed on hold. Our security system flagged your order as "at risk". To move forward with your order we would need additional information from you to verify that you are the cardholder. This is to verify that you are indeed the actual cardholder and this is not a fraudulent order.
1. Please send us a screenshot of the front of your credit card with only showing the name and last 4 digits of the card that you used to make the purchase. Please see the below picture for your reference. You only need to show us the highlighted areas and the rest of it should be covered or blacked out.

2. Please send us a screenshot of your driver's license, passport, or national identity card. Please only show us the name and please cover or black out the rest of the information.

With the information that you are showing in the pictures we will not be able to do anything except for verifying the cardholder. After we have reviewed your documents, we will dispose of them in a legal manner and you will not be asked to verify this credit card again.
