I can't remember how I came across this website, but I decided to check it out. It seemed very professional, so I took a chance, forgetting to look up any reviews on the company. The jewelry I got is complete junk. Their "hassle - free return " policy includes an offer of a 10 percent refund and an explanation that by the time I paid for return postage to Asia it would cost me more than the refund I would be receiving. It would also be my responsibility for the package to arrive safely to their WAREHOUSE. Even though the top mailing label said the package was sent from California, the label underneath said the package was sent from a company using a delivery firm based in China. Lesson learned - if you have even the slightest twinge of doubt, Follow Your Gut!

The seller claims to be retiring and is having a clearance sale. I ordered several pieces of what looked liked very nice jewelry and the sellers website has pictures and videos of jewelry being handmade from high quality elements. What I received was the cheapest, most plastic type of jewelry possible. I would be extremely embarrassed to gift this to anyone, pure garbage. Not with 50 cents.

Advertised as Sheryl Duncan closing jewelry business - showing pictures of known quality pieces. What I received was the cheapest, fake knock offs imaginable.

Claims she personally makes jewelry and is closing her business. Ordered several pieces. One was supposed to be inlaid blue opal and was painted blue! Necklace was in a package that said made in China and was very cheap! Tried to get to website for returns and page is not found!!!

Jewelry products were advertised as being made in the US, but the shipment was initially “delayed,” showing an international arrival. Then, the product was supposedly delivered by GOFO Express but was marked “left in yard,” when there are very clear instructions for delivery to lockers at my apartment building. Further investigation into the company has elucidated other fraudulent practices.
