Ordered from here on Jan 8th 2020 and still nothing in the mail. It was $19.96 for a messy bun hair accessory. I ordered from here _ She Swish - but an email told me that it would be - This charge will appear on your credit card statement as payment to PAYPAL *SMILEYHOMEY. When I try to go to the websight it goes nowhere. I'm pretty pissed. Will go to my bank today and see if i can get the money back.

I ordered my item on the 13 December 2019 and have reported them back through PayPal as the items did not arrive then I received an email from them and items arrived 5.feb 2020 but Lowe and behold they were not the correct size ordered xxl arrived as xxl but couldn't get them on asked for address to send them back no reply too 4 emails now it not right they should do this might as well accept money as gone, oh I'm a size 22 bras wouldn't fit so ask grand daughter to try them she's a 14 and she couldn't get them on either

I ordered 1 brass away shampoo reviewed my order to see they had charged me for 3, with one discounted so I thought ok, I won't have to order anymore for sometime, went ahead with the order, paid through PayPal, said it was delivered on the 18/1/20. Which it hasn't, tried contacting the seller by email and website couldn't access either, absolute scammers! Saw the advert on Facebook company called sheswish. Now escalating through PayPal...do not order from them.

SAME SCAM different Name!

SmileyHomey.com site is down... but SheSwish is still operating?

Numerous complaints have been made on PayPal community forums, and on sites like Trustpilot etc

My dear hubby got an incentive email to finish purchasing a site I’d walked away, as surprise he ordered the craft kit for me. He was offered discount code, reducing price further.

The scam works once purchased made, since they claim 12-14 for delivery but allow 21 days to accommodate delays in transit from China.

Once seller receives enquiry, they may Despatch either a faux order with tracking to get a non-delivery claim closed, or block your email...despite delivered item is not what was ordered or similar value (often less than $2 value).

If Not As Described dispute, then they request return of goods at buyers cost.. PayPal will agree to review claim once seller has receipt of goods, but then the Seller claims against you since original order not returned, despite never receiving.

PayPal often side with seller, despite buyer Not at Fault.

I always take screenshots of goods ordered, with weight and size... so I have evidence that clearly said the weight and parcel size.

Now being sold online by heyspecials.com, with similar scam routine.

Always take screenshots and photos of deliveries including parcel packaging and tracking number.
Report to PayPal, merchant payment or bank.

Example: ordered 900gm Black steel drum with accessories, was sent a 23gm Blue silicone toy declared value $17, yet site value was 4 for $1

The Whois on these sites appear to be same persons, listing site from Panama, and other far flung regions of the world.

I ordered the Magic Pipe Cleaner on 11/20/19 and as of 2/9/20 still nothing. Then I just ordered bra’s, not knowing this was the same company. So glad I paid through PayPal. I’m going to dispute it today. Also, I never received a tracking number or confirmation any of the items were shipped. Not a happy buyer.

Its totally a scam, they dont have a return policy its totally against US law, customers should be allowed to return faulty items.

I ordered some black diamond playing cards. They are not as shown in the ad on Facebook. They are smaller than our US playing cards and they are so dark you to struggle to see if you have the front or back of the card and really struggle to see what is on the face of the card. I ordered December 16th and they just arrived last night. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Too late now. I want a full refund. If I had known the items were coming from China I would never have placed the order. I am totally unhappy with this whole experience.

I was soooo disappointed to find out that the bra I THOUGHT I PURCHASED WAS A FRAUD! Then I found out that PayPal had refunded my purchase price and shipping charge also! So very awesome of them! This was so very great of them to do this, as it reflects on them when one of their merchants is fraudulently selling items! It shows them to be up front and honest, just the way we expect them to be and the way a good business should be run. THANK-YOU PAYPAL!

amongst the negative ones. I know that yours are warranted! I ordered a bra also and was dismayed to read these reviews AFTER the fact. But then...I went to paypal and saw that they had refunded my money BEFORE I was ripped off...VERY NICE JOB PAYPAL...thank-you for the exceptional work. According to all of these reviews, a refund was definitely in order! I can only hope the same happens for you all!
