I ordered a new kind of electronic measuring device: A better way to measure. I received a seamstress tape measure. The total cost with transport: 41.74 $ cnd. I saw the same item on Aliexpress for less than $ 1 including shipping. The merchant offers me a 60% discount or I return the item at my expense (he estimates at $ 20) to be reimbursed. Quebec's consumer protection law says the merchant must pay the return shipping costs. And nothing tells me that I would be reimbursed by these fraudsters. I have to go back to China but yet the package left Ontario and the Paypal payment was made to an Ontario company.

I ordered a divot simulating golf mat and all that was delivered was a badly cut piece of felt grass. Contacted them and was told that they were sorry the item was not as described. They sent a series of generic emails but could not even give me an order number or tell me what I had actually ordered. They offered a refund of 60% which I have accepted after reading the difficulty people have had reclaiming the full amount through PayPal.

This seller is a bull[censored] one !

Advertised on Facebook, paid via PayPal. I ordered a Mini Desk Saw but only received 2 small blades! My invoice states "mini desk saw" but they say I got what I paid for! Now they want me to pay to return the unwanted blades to get a partial refund! Like hell!

I got hit by these con artists too when buying swinging camping chairs from an ad on Instagram. It's sad that PayPal doesn't really care about consumer protection anymore (thanks a lot eBay). I demanded a full refund about a month ago and PayPal claims they are still "reviewing it", while pushing out my estimated resolution date every few days to infinity. How could they have this many open claims of fraud and still consider it an open case? Please be sure to keep reporting, and do NOT accept a partial refund. That's how these jokers remain in the fraud business.

Ordered a double sided frying pan the ad in social media was so convincing with all the uses it had for cooking I decided to buy it but I only received a spatula which I could have paid 4 euro for in a local shop. I am disgusted that this company can get away with this FRAUD. I am waiting to see if PayPal can get my money back for me. I will NEVER trust another site after this which I know is not fair on genuine sites. Something needs to be done I will not let this go and a legal team will be informed.

Wow just found this website after purchasing a Modular Sup Board, i was sent a flimsy plastic paddle which is absolutely useless to anyone ha ha ha , this is such a scam. Have reported to Paypal and will process a chargeback through my bank for the payment. The email provided is bouncing back as undeliverable. Mind blowing that Paypal allows his services. Its bull crap and so is this company. Unbelievable !
