I have been waiting since June 15, 2020 for a saw that I ordered for my husband. The and I order also included several saw blades. I received the saw blades but no saw. The total cost was $137.05 USD, $12.10 USD was for a tip. I have never knowingly but charged a tip for a on line order. Why would I want to tip such lousy service. I have sent several e-mails with no favorable response. In the beginning they were somewhat apologetic. Recently they are just ignoring my e-mail. I think I have sent 4 or 5 e-mails and I have received 2 responses. I sent one to the e-mail address on the pay-pal account and I received a message saying I had been blocked. The address is [email protected]. Hopefully paypal will reverse the charges. Please don't trust this company and get taken as I have.

Please send me a copy of your delivery receipt. This product was ordered on May 30, 2020. Payment was sent thru my PayPal account. However, the product has not been delivered as PayPal has said. I know this probably isn't going anywhere, but people AND PayPal need to know that this company is totally bogus! It is almost like they have a deal with PayPal, that if you order something thru S h i t o u [sz] Tech co. then PayPal gets a commission on it and you get NOTHING ! Even PayPal's resolution center believes what this company is doing is OK!

Yes I agreed with u PayPal knows and they refused to listen to buyers S h i t o u used hoptamah as advert on Facebook and receipt from PayPal was different and I ordered for cancellation immediately, PayPal still go ahead and paid them and here comes dog basin drinking bowl.

I ordered on July 21, 2020 the Floating Water Pad Mat,The Three-Layer XPE Foam Is Compounded Roll-Up Floating Island - 3-6 PEOPLE / YELLOW / for $69.99 plus shipping $76.98 and I never received it! I tried to email them and got a message back the mailbox was full and now the website is down. Unfortunately I paid with an AMEX gift card and it was processed so I've lost my money!

Paid $68 for a lily pad pool float and haven’t received any emails of this being sent, and it’s been 3 weeks. Scam folder reveals a few emails from a fake fed ex account that has an”tracking number” that’s non functional. I’ve given up on this. Please flag them so this stops happening to ppl.

I ordered an electric mop back in May and realized right away that I ordered from 2 different people. I immediately emailed them and told them to cancel order. Little did I know they already took the money from my Paypal. I haven't used Paypal in years so I don't even know how they got the money. I received 2 sponges for the mop but never got the mop. I have been trying to get my money back since June. The funny thing is they want me to return the sponges (which came from Arizona) then they will give me my money back.They want me to return them to China which will cost almost as much as the refund and they wont refund me shipping charges.

I ordered a device which was supposed to convert film media of different types into digital. I have old 35 mm slides I want to convert. The promotional images showed a device with film inserted and a digital image. I made the purchase in expectation of receiving the device. What was sent was an 8mm film for 8 exposures. I don't have a film camera but I do want what was advertised to convert from film to digital. Spent £22 quid on nothing that I want through (being generous) an advert that seriously misrepresented the product.

This Company scammed me out of $57 USD...ordered 2 Motorbike tents and received 2 crappy bags. They don’t even zip up. The Company does not note your emails..disputes that is not what they advertised when my online receipt clearly states 2 motorcycle tents. They keep sending BS Robotic emails trying every delay tactic. Payday needs to disassociate themselves from this fraudulent Company. I ordered a cat treadmill accessory. What I received was instead some sort of felt cat home? I contacted support and was then LIED TO multiple times by the customer support and told that it was my own fault for not reading the advertisement properly; when I showed them proof that they were wrong and in fact lying they tried to backtrack and offer me a 30% refund since they couldn't send me the product I originally wanted. I threatened to go to my bank about this issue, and they said they can do 60% refund but no more- when I'm able to make it to my bank I will be taking this issue to them and hoping they can get me my full money back. I am ready to file a class action suit against this fraudulent company. They have scammed thousands of users, even advertising their products as made in the USA and then never send the item you order; I place two orders for items, a reclining camp chair and a garden stool and instead received a folding stool barely big enough to put a doll on and a canvas piece of cloth for garden tools, minus the garden stool! I have already contacted a lawyer to look into a class action suit against this company, as well as Facebook for accepting their advertising and PayPal for accepting them as a vendor, despite thousands of complaints! They expect you to pay for shipping to mail the little piece of crap back to them and MAYBE if it gets to them, you'll get a 30% refund. REALLY?! Rip off!

I ordered Vehicle hydraulic auto repair tools box Item paying 37.54 CAD including delivery charges. After placing order I realized that this company is truly a scammer. I requested them to cancel my order and refund my money. They didn’t answer my mail. Long story short, I put the case with PayPal resolution centre. On 5th August, the scammer company sent fake information to PayPal that my product has been delivered and the same info has been sent to me by PayPal. On 6th of August, the company sent mail to me that my product has not been despatched. Despite my 6 or 7 emails of not interested in that product and requesting cancel my order, the company keep apologizing for not having the product ready to dispatch. Sooner I realized that this was deliberately scammer delay tactic as the case was with PayPal resolution centre. All my communication with the scammer company have no record with the PayPal resolution centre except ist 3 emails.

I receive a Packet from [censored]ou (sz)tech. I was sent a $1 black empty plastic box with the same Tracking #.
My case is with PayPal resolution centre. Hopefully the PayPal resolve the case if they have all record of my communication the [censored]ou (sz)tech.

Lastly, the PayPal should kick this company out of Business and Save customers.
