Scammed me and my family on 3 different occasions. Bunch of [censored]s.

Send me the wrong product 3 times in a role. They swap all products for fake one.

S h i t o u (sz) Tech co.,limited are disgusting company. They scam people out they're money. They target you on Facebook with adverts showing videos of amazing products, which then links you to there site and give you more amazing details about the product. And few weeks later, you receive something that is NOTHING like the product.
1st, Orders a Foot powered Laundry Machine,Its a powerless machine that I wanted for camping. What did I get? A broken plastic bowl .
2nd, My father ordered me a present that we got posted to my address, a mini beer cooler in the shape of a mini bus. What did I get? Two small plastic children cars that has 3+ on the front.
3rd I ordered from another site, that I didn't realise was still S H I T o u Tech, A photo scanning device.. and I'm fighting with them presently to get my money back, before they ship me CRAP. Soon as they read my email, they changed my item status to - Out For Delivery.

They site up different sites, that look similar, and send you crap. Crap you would never in a billion years order online. I've brought them to the attention to PayPal . But I don't think they are going to do much.

ALSO another clever thing they do, deleted items off they're sites, so you can't reference back to what you ordered.

I just received my order and it is nothing like what I ordered! Look below and you will see what I ordered.
What you sent is 1 black XL, 1 black L, 1 yellow S, 1 yellow XL. What kind of drugs are you on? I waited over a month for what?
Some [censored] who can not fulfill an order anywhere close to right? This is not good, You have three B.S. emails that look like their fake, No phone number. I either want my correct order (below shows) or my money back!
What are you going to do about this?

Ordered a Cat Tree. Received no confirmation of any sort except for PayPal confirming payment was made. Item received was nothing like what was ordered. The whole thing was maybe 8 inches tall and was broken upon delivery. It was supposed to be a large cat tree with multiple levels and toys for the cats to play with, but included only two red fuzzy discs and a short pole to attach them together. The toys are shattered and detached from the disc they're supposed to be connected to. See photo for more. Additionally, when I placed the order, it indicated the item was coming from California. Upon receipt, I see that it came from China and was rerouted in California by the receiver to come to my address.

Attempts to email the company resulted in a response indicating my messages were blocked.

I ordered a heavy duty log splitter from them and got what looks like a key chain with rings on each end of a thin chain which they are calling a log splitter saw! Paid $28 for this piece of junk! How are they allowed to continue. Now reading a lot of scam reports about them! Waiting for them to resolve issue and return my money. What are the chances of that?

Exactly this happened to me (ordered bathtub, got bowl.) They want me to pay to send the bowl back (20 USD) and will refund me 60% (19 USD.) They are scammers. i have escalated it with PayPal but I am not sure how helpful they will be. I paid with credit card and will claim the money back from them but this firm should be closed down!

Ordered a rotating grill and after weeks of waiting I received a pack of 4 tiny skew - and I mean tiny - only use I can see is to use them to see if cakes are cooked!

I ordered something May 5, cancelled May 15 because they would not communicate with me, and they shipped anyway on May 22. I didn't receive it until Aug 2! Then they lied to my American Express company when I disputed the charge. THIS IS A SCAM! I have tried many times to contact them to return the item and get my money back.

This company is the absolute WORST! They advertised an awesome cat toy - which I ordered for $30.00 for a Christmas gift - It was not only months late but it was NOT AT ALL what was pictured! It was a plastic toy that I have seen in Walmart for $4.95! And it was broken! I sent it back for a refund and received no response at all! This site is a TOTAL SCAM!

Looks like this is a scammer. I wonder why PayPal allows this. There should be a regulation that PayPal will be held liable if the merchant is found a scammer. PayPal should have a responsibility of finding out if the merchant using them is real and not put the responsibility solely to the customer. I bought an anti mite vacuum cleaner and never read twice the receipt which was strangely changed to anti mite vacuum cleaner filter.

Ordered a baseball trainer from this company in May. After countless emails, filed a claim with paypal. Company responded saying item was shipped and provided a tracking from a Chinese courier. Waited another month before I received a plash baseball from them or the $24.98 I paid through Paypal. Opened another claim with paypal (because they closed out my case), and advised them about this scam and that I was not going to return anything and wanted a complete refund. Agent told me to open a case with the FBI's IC3 department, which I did and that if the seller didn't respond within a week that funds would appear on my account. THEY DID NOT! and I contacted paypal again to reopen the case. The agent said I would need to return the item to CHINA! and wait till they received it and file for the cost of the shipping I paid for the return. Looking at all the cases and complaints about this company I feel that Paypal is complicit in this scam and should have legal liability in a legal proceedings. I am not paying to ship this crap back to China and have to wait to see if it gets delivered in 2 months, to hopefully get a refund.

PAYPAL is a SCAM Partner with these A-Holes!

Bought a car jack, air compressor and hand drill off these scammers!
All they sent was a small plastic box, 9" x 7" x1.5" in size and i believe it was posted within the UK and not China where they more than likely want it returning to.
PayPal know all about this site and bo nothing! Waste of $30.98
