My husband ordered “TreadmillSmart Electric Foldable Treadmill pad&Treadmill” and only received a mat.
They seem to scam everyone.
Why PayPal is not reacting and doing something.
This company is nothing but a ripoff.

I'm trying to find out where my items through email and got blocked. I luckily I went through paypal and reported it. They responded and gave me a tracking number. When I tried to track it it was not found.

After waiting a month for a small box (ordered 5/5/20) that was supposedly air-freighted from China ;"I guess by balloon", I now have endured yet another month from the time my package entered the states 05/05/2020 to this point 07/05 still to have it sitting in Bloomington CA not being handed over to USPS by these inept shippers. Sad thing is I paid for this shipping!

I finally received a package in which holds about 10% of my order. The envelope was intact. It should have been in a box much larger to accommodate the whole shelf system, not just one part of eleven Accessories and 4pc of the Base/ Stand.

The return address is a "Jon" at; 2352 Bent Creek Rd, Auburn, Alabama... which when Goggled is an Exxon Gas Station that has reported numerous inquiry calls and packages incoming to them. This package originated in China and went through customs in California, USA.

I ordered two different cat stands from this company ( split into a bunch of smaller company names) and I have been screwed out of both of them. I have been trying to get my money back for both of them and I am getting the shaft. Not only is the company using the Covid crap to explain no deliveries, but I can't even get Paypal to help like they are suppose to. I'm getting screwed at both ends! Somebody needs to do something legally to this company to shut them down! Where is the better business bureau when you need them?

I ordered a 5 tier folding rack, with extra wheels for it, and they only delivered one wheel. What am I going to do with one wheel, I have been emailing them, and I get generic responses back, Then the latest email was I misread the description, nothing else was suppose to come with it. I ordered a Garden Kneeler and Seat from S h i t o u and received a small green pocket instead. Apparently I'm not the only person that fell for this scam. I opened a Paypal dispute but they say I have to mail the item back to China (which would cost what I paid for the Kneeler/Seat I never received) before they'll give a refund. And there's no way to talk to a real person at Paypal.

I order two of the same coin with moving parts, but I did not get this coin, it looks like that coin but it does not have any moving parts. I paid $46:97 USD that is £38:73p for Hobo Nickel Coin 1921 - P Morgan Dollar Hand Carved Coin (Qty 2) Coin. If I got the right coin I were going to be very happy but at the moment I am not happy at all. Because I have the wrong coin.

I ordered 2 reclining camp chairs, for $39.98. I tried to cancel after reading the comments,but never heard back from them. Today I received them, they are 10 inch folding stools. Is there a way I can return them? It didn't come with any paperwork.

I ordered for swinging luxury chair loungers and I received 4 foot stools that are too small to even hold your foot. It took over a month to even get them. I paid 79.96 for these chairs. I totally got scammed. Shame on these people. This was for our son who has special needs. I’ve tried to email them and go to the webpage they advertised on and it is gone.

On May 10, 2020, I ordered two Recliner Luxury Camp Chairs (frame like folding camping chairs except it swings like a hammock chair) after seeing them advertised on FB. The invoice showed a picture of some sort of small folding frame with a sling of mesh between it. The the item description was correct but pix wrong. I immediately emailed them and asked about the pix on the invoice and said if that is a picture of what they were sending me, to cancel my order immediately. The cost was $47.97 total for two. Months went by and I kept emailing them because I had not received anything. They kept using covid as an excuse and said it was being delayed. I received the order on July 9. It arrived in a 10x13 inch bubble envelope. It is that tiny frame with a patch (literally, not much bigger than a pair of safety glasses) of mesh in between. A baby doll wouldn't fit on it. I immediately emailed them. They said to send a pix of what I received. No response. I contacted Paypal and filed a dispute. They reached out to this company who offered a partial refund. I refused it and demanded all my money back. What they sent me isn't worth 50 cents. Paypal continued their dispute process. Today I received an email from Paypal saying this company will refund all my money if I MAIL THE ITEM (IN CHINA!) back to the AT MY OWN COST which would cost more than the item. What a scam! They know nobody is going to go through the trouble of returning items to China so they keep all the money. I'm reaching out to the credit card company next.

I ordered a folding bath from this 'company'. I received an email stating my order had been posted. Noticed on the order it said 'folding bathtub and bowl', there wasn't anything on the ad about an extra bowl. Received the bowl about 3 weeks later but not the bath. I emailed them and they did not reply so I sent them a second email giving them a date to respond otherwise I would escalate it to PayPal. As they still did not respond I raised it with PayPal as promised and surprise surprise two days later they sent me an email stating the item had not been sent due to 'item shortage',
included in the email was the tracking number and the address of a website where I could check the progress of the order. However, although the website was correct, the tracking number is not showing up !
I will be fuming if PayPal do nothing about this as a few weeks ago I sold a jacket online and used PayPal. The girl who bought the jacket paid in dollars even though we are both in the UK but she did not pay for postage. I keep emailing her telling her she had not paid for the postage. She then kept threatening to report me to PayPal saying the I would not send the goods she had paid for. As I use PayPal a lot I decided it wasn't worth the trouble and sent her the jacket. Next thing I know, she had reported me to PayPal and even though I had proof the she had in fact, received the jacket, PayPal refunded her! There excuse was the I didn't have enough evidence that she HAD received the jacket - # bloodyfuming
