I ordered a 15' x 36" pool from them. Tried to cancel the order but the email address provided on PayPal is bogus so I couldn't cancel the order. When I finally received what they sent it was a 6' x 29" blowup pool worth $50 according to their invoice. That was about 1/3 of what I paid them. PayPal was NO HELP! They told me I had to return the pool to get a refund. The cost to return the pool would be $170 because no one is subsidizing my return cost. PayPal is an accomplice to this company rip-off tactics. They are just as guilty as s h i t o u(sz) Tech co.,limited.

I ordered a 10 in 1 chopping board which had built in scales, knife sharpener and othe stuff, what I got was a small piece of wood! I t seems to be the norm for them to request you return the item (at substantial cost to yourself) or accept a partial refund. Surely they are scamming everyone? Half a paymebt for crap is a profit for them. Why is nothing being done?

I place an order only to find out after payment that this company is the seller. This company has so much bad review and it’s obvious that they don’t care because even till date, I paid for an order which l am yet to receive any update not even a shipping or tracking detail. And even when l send an email to the provided email address, it doesn’t seem to work. And I have to wait for PayPal to resolve the dispute. Like really, why does this company still have a paypal account after several complaints thereby giving room for more victims like myself to fall for their fraudulent activities. PayPal is an accomplice in their scam. Look how many people are getting ripped off - PayPal's opinion is send the item back to the company, which no one can afford. Definitely file a complaint with PayPal so they know how many people are getting ripped off by these people. But unless you are willing to mail the item back you will not get a refund. The item I bought would cost $169 to return to China. I think that this company may be an arm of Chinese government ripping people off and stealing American's money.

I purchased a Multi Function Mini Saw for $85.03 on 29 May 2020. Did not receive a tracking number or delivery date, so I emailed these crooks two times with no response. Next I contacted Pay Pal...after about two months this is what Pay Pal Said " We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your case(s). This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered". I never received the Multi Function Mini Saw. Pay Pal has closed my case, ...and will not reopen it. Now I am out 85 dollars...I ask Pay Pal and [censored]ou (sz) Tech co.,limited for a tracking number, delivery date and who delivered it. No response from ether of them. Pay Pal aren't doing their job. I am pissed.

TOTAL SCAM...I ordered something for my nieces birthday & I never got it. Tracking shows it shipped & delivered but I never received ANYTHING. There is not 1 single email address that works. A bunch of low-life [censored] and they wonder why we speak negatively about overseas companies. We either get garbage or nothing at all. To top it off, Paypal was actually not helpful this time; I'm basically fabricating a story because it shows delivered is what I got from them. Is what it is.

I ordered the ramp for little dogs to enable them to access beds, couches etc.
All I have received is a 40cm square piece of material that is supposed to be the bottom landing pad.
I assumed this was a mistake and contacted the company. I had to send photos of what I had received, the mailing packet and consignment numbers etc.
This I did. They have replied that I got what I ordered. Really, why would I want a small piece of worthless material and pay $50 AUD for it?
They have offered me a 50% refund which is totally unacceptable to me.
It is a month since I placed the order and I am extremely disappointed.
Now, after reading these reviews, I feel I have been deceived.
Fortunately, I did pay with Paypal and will now be lodging a claim.

Was PayPal able to get all of your money back for you? They did the same to me including letting me know that if the package got sent to the wrong address no refund would be issued. All returns would be at my expense as well.Your photo looks the same as mine does. Do you have a picture of the AD?

I purchase 3x multi functional light breakfast machine & sandwich and toast plate, I took photos of the product before I purchased and a photo of the order from the website , I did not receive any confirmation or tracking until i made a PayPal dispute for not receiving. I was then given a tracking number the following day, today i have received 3 plastic trays. not the electric toast plate/breakfast machine. I have now checked the website and this product is no longer visible. this is an absolute rip off, it was advertised through Facebook, I checked their website before I purchased and everything seemed fine, and I'm sure there are others who have also been duped like this. i did not order plastic trays. they are probably worth £1 in total ?
