I ordered this on 30th June and have still not received this item. I saw it on Facebook ads and thought how good it looked but it was out of stock at Argos so presumed (foolishly) that as it was on FB that it was a legitimate ad. Obviously having now seen the reviews I realise I have been scanned. As a disabled person on low income this gas dealt a double blow to me. Why does FB allow these ads and why do PayPal support them? Surely PayPal is supposed to be a "secure & safe" way to pay and therefore should ensure that A: people do not get scammed and B: money back guarantee should be in effect?
I am hoping for a full refund as I can sadly not afford to be the victim if a scam

The same thing happened to me 30th 9f June they used hoptama on Facebook and different name with PayPal and contacted PayPal immediately not to PayPal paid I think PayPal is not secure any more

I just bought a ladder from this company. They specifically said you're getting a ladder and a carpet. I received the carpet No ladder. This is false advertising. I sent an email to the email address responding to this order. And now it's telling me there's no such thing as this email address. Trying to get my money back from PayPal. Sounds the same as my problem. Was this the dog ladder? I too just received the 40cm square piece of material. I have had contact with them and they insist that this is what I ordered. Who would order just a piece of material and who would pay $50 AUD for it. I thought it was just an error but now I have read these reviews, I realize they are scammers. I am reporting them to Paypal and also putting a warning on Facebook for others.
