I ordered via Facebook a "fury"cat tree/house for 28.89 on April 26. On July 10 I received a small (3 1/2 x 4 x 3 inch) wooden box with decorations. All emails being sent are not delivered. This was paid through Pay Pal.

Many Facebook adverts should be vetted and monitored.I ordered an item on Facebook in early June.The seller was based in China, which I did not know at the time of purchase. I still have not received the item. I kept being fobbed off with fake tracking details.Paypal is not really accessible when things go wrong.If you PayPal site you referred to virtual agents, each time a different agent asking for the same details about the item in question.Paypal seems to be conveniently hiding behind Covid19. The customer should have access to a phone number to call a real agent with whom to discuss issues.More than 3 weeks ago, PayPal said they have contacted the seller but still no response. PayPal cannot pay a seller money without verifying their accessibility or does not it matter!

I, too, ordered two RECLINER LUXURY CAMP CHAIRS, total purchase price of $39.98. I received 2 small pieces of junk stools, (too big for Barbie Dolls, and way to small for a small child, same as pictured above). I have filed a dispute with my credit card company for a full refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It appears they are scammers. I made this purchase on 6/7/20, and received this "junk" on 7/10/20. BUYER BEWARE! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I ordered 6 of the swing chairs and got 6 barbie stools. Cant find the website and all emails are returned mailer daemon. So pissed right now! Tried to file a claim with paypal, but since they shipped something, I am screwed. Live and learn. I'm so upset!

I was also scammed on the swing chair, receiving, instead, two fold up foot stools. I have attempted the phone and sent emails, the phone number is not a working number and email is not an actual email. When I say foot stool, I mean a single foot stool, you cannot put 2 feet on the stool. How on earth can a company get away such outrageousness? Absolute garage and total fraud.

I saw an ad on Instagram in early May for a Recliner Luxury Camp Chair. After a few days of debating whether or not to purchase, I purchased one chair on May 15, 2020. I was told that shipping would take 2-4 weeks (including COVID delays). It's 8 weeks later and I haven't received anything! I've tried contacting the company (also called blackyest) through email and get the same automated response that my "request has been received" and that they need more information. I cannot answer their questions because I didn't receive any product to being with! Their website was functioning last time I checked, with multiple products available, but as of yesterday, the website is down. The email communications have come from [email protected] and [email protected]. This company is a total scam! I am now pursuing a refund through PayPal.

I ordered an electronic ball launcher for dogs from this company. I waited over 6 weeks and it didn’t arrive. I contacted the company who said it had been dispatched but when I tried to track it it was still en route from China. I tried to cancel but was told as it was in transit I couldn’t. I had paid by PayPal so reported it to them.
However I then received a package through the post that was ... a tennis ball! I contacted the company again and was told that it was ‘as advertised’. I am so angry, I paid £24 for a tennis ball!
PayPal are still trying to get me a refund.

Exact same thing happened to me, When I complained they didn't even acknowledge that the Launcher had not been sent - this was their reply;

According to our policy, all items must be returned to us at the customer's expense for a full refund to our Logistics Center address,it will cost more than 20 USD. So their scam is for me to accept this offer I paid $22.98 and will get back $4.60
So they sold me a tennis ball for $18.38
PayPal have been useless in this matter, they wanted me to return the ball to get the full refund offered, I know the ball will never reach the addre in China, therefore I will never get my refund, this is China address

I also ordered the same item in May and sent a complaint to PayPal on June 5th. The seller responded via a message in PayPal with an apology, but never explained the fake email and why there wasn't an order confirmation or why they charged me before shipping. Now it looks like the kneeler may arrive this week. I have tracking info from a shipping company in China that works with USPS. I'll let you know if it arrives. Good luck!
