I ordered a dog ball launcher on April 10. I requested an address change the next day. They responded and assured me it was taken care of.

On June 22 I received (at the WRONG address, mind you) a package with three tennis balls in it. No ball launcher to be found.

Why on God's green earth would I order tennis balls from China and wait over two months for them to arrive in the US? Ridiculous. I have demanded a refund immediately.

PayPal has been good to me in the past about scams like this, and I expect they will back this up as well. If it's a problem, which it obviously is, they should refuse to do business with this group. I can't see why they would continue.

It's a shame people are able to get away with this level of deceit and dishonesty.

You would be wise to file a claim with your credit card company now. Once you receive the shipment, it will not be what you ordered and they will stick you with it unless you are willing to pay the high cost of shipping it back to China. $18 for 4 oz for me.

I bought one of the folding seat or kneel on , was supposed to come with a thing to put gardening tools in. I ordered on May 3 2020. 6 weeks later I get the free tool holder. Pay Pal said they delivered and closed my claim. I will never order from them again

I ordered and cancel . Have printed out acknowledgement of cancellation. Contacted Paypal who supposedly looked into the matter. Am very disgusted with this slime company and Paypal who only has to read about this company scamming.
The item was a kneeling garden bench!

The description was-
