I ordered a paintless dent repair kit, all I received was the pulling tabs, no tool to pull the tabs, no glue, no glue release agent or anything else other than the pulling tabs. This is not a kit. Opened a dispute within PayPal which is still ongoing, [censored]ou have offered a 20% refund if I wish to keep it or it will cost me $20 to return to them, their postage cost was $7.95 to send to me. From looking at all forums mentioning this company it seems that we are all fools for not seeing the abbreviation that the name is [censored]toyou imho! I attach a picture of a kit and of the pulling tabs for clarity of what I received.

According to our policy, all items must be returned to us at the customer's expense for a full refund to our Logistics Center address,it will cost more than 20 USD. Or could I suggest that we issue a partial refund about 20% and you do not need to return item to us which could save your time and money? Is it acceptable for you? PS: Please do not worry, we will provide the return address if you insist on returning item.But kindly note that we do not accept Unauthorized return.You may not be able to get the refund if you ship it to a wrong address. I complain to pay pal and sent other email they responded with the same deal. so I I'm disputing it trough pay pal so waiting for see what happens.

ordered two camp chairs that swing and I received two small folding stools that would not even hold something the size of my leg. This company is a rip off and facebook needs to take their ads off. I ordered a gravity swing from them and was sent a little chair. I was told from paypal that I have to send It back to be able to get a refund. It will cost more to send it back then I paid for it. This is bull[censored] that paypal os letting this happen.

I also ordered the cat swinging hammock and received a plastic cat toy. When I contacted PayPal I was offered a refund only if I mailed the toy back to China which would cost around $30, even though it had originally been sent from a distribution centre in Australia. I've reported them to Facebook and the Office of Fair Trade. I'm disgusted with PayPal - I assumed that using them would give some security but they don't seem to care if companies use their service to scam customers.

Ordered a 15 ft x 48 inch easy set pool with filter pump, ground cloth and pool cover for 70inch x 30 May 8th for $119.00 and received a 6ft x 29 inch blow up pool on June 30th. Nothing like the picture. What a rip off. PayPal needs to get rid of this company.

Neither Facebook nor Paypal are taking any responsibility for the role they are playing in enabling this scam outfit. If there are enough people expressing a grievance, they may take notice. I ordered a garden kneeler with seat and all I got was a clamp on bag for garden tools I am finding out if you see it on facebook, it is probably a scam. I also ordered a lawn roller, from another company and all I got was 3 facemasks. These chinese companies are out to rip us off and I am sure they are laughing all the way to the bank.I will. never order from china again. Either made in the USA or I dont need it.

Bought a children's bike seat attachment for an adult bike from a Facebook Ad, instead I received a very cheap foam bike seat cover after about 6 weeks. Thought Paypal would have protected my purchase but all they could do was get the offer of a full refund from this company if I sent the item back to China, at a higher cost than the original purchase.

I always say, if it looks to good to be true, it probably is. However, this wasn't that cheap so seemed real enough but also have seen the same item at a higher price so expect many others will be more out of pocket!

Real shame that Facebook promotes such scams and that Paypal doesn't really give you any protection. Lesson learned, don't buy from facebook Ads and don't use Paypal!
