I ordered a kneeling stool for the garden with a free tool bag. The bag arrived but not the stool. Repeated attempts to access the email have been unsuccessful. If Facebook have know about this company for the past couple of years why are they still running their advertisements? Not good enough. PayPal are good at returning money but who is paying for this in the long run?

While browsing my Facebook page on my laptop on 25 June 2020, I came upon an advertisement by this company ( [censored]ou (sz) Tech co.,limited ), Advertising about this amazing Multifunctional pot cooking and frying pan, So I pushed the
(shop now) button, A new page opened to their website showing this pan picture with all of its accessories with a price of 19.99 USD printed to the right side of the picture, So

Ordered a float from these POS scammers for $62 and the sent me something completely different and took a month to do it. Now I’m going through a tedious battle with PayPal to get my money back. I said I wouldn’t mind returning the item as it is nothing like what I ordered however they sent me a ridiculously false address to send this package to just to ensure I couldn’t send it to get a refund. PayPal has not responded back will never be using PayPal again after this as they seem to tend to scam artist and ignore victims. Added a pic of what I ordered and what I received completely different product super cheap looks like it came from Wish.

like many others, I have been scammed by this company. On 5/7/20, I ordered the garden kneeler for $15.90 + $6.99 shipping for total of $22.89 to be paid by Paypal. They immediately took the money from Paypal; however, they never sent me any email confirming my order nor did they advise it was being shipped. On 6/5/20 I sent them an email at: [email protected]. On 6/29/20, I received an email from "clever assistant Katie" at , giving me a tracking # and saying to email that address with future inquiries. When the package arrived on 7/20, it was a small envelope containing only the tool holder pouch that comes with the garden kneeler. It had the tracking # that was supposed to be for the garden kneeler. They want $20 when you return a package, plus you pay the shipping. I searched reviews of this company on this website, and it appears this is common practice for this company. Several reviews indicated only a minimal part of their order was received. I'm going to escalate my complaint with Paypal.

I ordered the same reclining swing chair on 5/22/2020 and was charged $26.98 PayPal from this company and I received a package today from them and it wasn’t the reclining swing chair ordered instead it was a doll size camp chair. So I believe we both have been scammed. I immediately emailed them back today and asked them to send me the chair I ordered or I will report them to the BBB. The sad part of it, is the reclining swing chair was for my son, it was part of his graduation gift before going off to college.
