Ordered a foldable adult bath tub via FB advert. Customer service email keep bouncing back and they didnt confirm receipt either. I paid using Paypal. See pics for what they sold and shipped. I am waiting to resolve with PayPal. Ordered an adult tub for $40 and i gut a hand bowl for $1 and now seller is threatening me to send it back with more than $20 return cost and offering 'partial refund'.

Nirasha, have you heard anything from PayPal? I expect a decision in a few days. This fake firm said they will refund me 60% of 21.99 which is 19.00 USD. To send the bowl I didn't order back will be 20.00. This firm needs to be closed! If Paypal does not refund me I will claim a refund from my credit card but I am so angry at them!

Same here. My refund request is under review. If that is a bust I will request a chargeback from my credit card issuer as I paid through PayPal with a debit card.

Hi Nirasha, exactly the same happened to me. I ordered this bathtub, paid extra to have it delivered fast and did not receive a confirmation email. I have not heard a thing from the company and do not expect to receive anything. I will also try to resolve with PayPal. Please report here what happens with you! Terrible scam.

I ordered a Makeup Travel Case and received a broken small compact mirror. This company is working with paypal obviously because paypal backs them EVEN though they KNOW they are scammers. I want full refund and have been refused until i send merchandise back. It came from a New York address but Im being forced to send to china. my 26.98 scamming purchase they now want me to send back to china for 42.00 This company ripped me off last year also, same technique!

I ordered a Outdoor Golf Game - High-density foam practice sphere and never received it. It was $30. They Responded to PayPal saying that they shipped it and had a transaction #. When I got the product it was one golf ball! It said “ delivered IN mailbox. There is the proof there. An outdoor golf game wouldn’t fit in a mailbox.
PayPal closed my case. I’m out $30. I thought that is why you,pay through PayPal, so you are covered

I ordered a smokeless grill from them. I have emailed them 3 times, and got a message today that said it has been shipped, and gave me a tracking number. I tried to track it, but got told they haven't received the shipment...Guess I will see what happens. I know anything coming from China can take 2 to 3 months to arrive. Ordered multi rally step machine fitness equipment for $19.99 plus $7.00 shipping which came to a total of just over £23.00 in sterling. Thought it was a bargain. Advertised on Facebook. The name on invoice was Problemha. Already looking suspicious as there is no address or contact details. Transaction goes under the name of [censored]ou sz Tech co. Two different names. After paying I rang credit card company and had card blocked as I already had suspicions as they have my card details and I would not put anything past them taking more money out later on. Had email a few days later saying item is on it's way. So it did give a glimmer of hope that it is not a scam. But the problem starts here. Followed the tracking number. They use 17track service which I discovered is a bogus system as I discovered later on by bad experience and later reading the bad reviews on Trustpilot. They have a bad reputation and I left a negative review myself after my experience. I had a few updates then they stopped abruptly with the last update saying it was successfully delivered. It wasn't. There was not even an attempt to deliver as there was no card pushed through letterbox whilst I was out to notify of an attempted delivery. Or nothing to say if the item was left in safe place, with neighbour or returned to depot. Nothing. Yet the track site says it was delivered. I first wrote to the con merchant and the reply I got was to be patient because of this covid-19 blah blah blah! Using it as an excuse for the non delivery. The covid-19 did not stop them from advertising or taking money from my account though! The issue was not about the parcel being delayed. The issue was the fact that I was told it is on it's way then the tracking system says it was already delivered. Where? Not to my my address it wasn't! The fact that I was given false information was a concern. I wrote to 17track and they gave me all this crap about being unable to track parcel when it leaves it's country of origin. Saying they cannot guarantee when or if my parcel will be delivered. What exactly is a tracking system for then? I have ordered an item in the past on ebay which was delivered via DHL express. A more professional tracking system in which I was able to track my parcel all the way from Hong Kong to my doorstep in Cheltenham, United Kingdom! Yet 17 track fails to do the same service and call themselves a tracking service! Very shoddy website as well. Full of pop up ads. They are probably owned by the con merchant and are told to give phoney tracking numbers or told to give false tracking info to keep the consumer quiet. Still nothing since last update. Will be disputing with my credit card company. Both merchant and 17track at fault

The item above is what I ordered from [censored]ou Tech Co. I ordered this item on June 3, 2020. I tried emailing the company several times received an unable to deliver email back. I contacted paypal on June 27th. They contacted the seller. Miraculously an item was sent out that day, but not what I ordered. (see the picture below) I received a 10ft. pool with no pump, cover, or ground cloth. When I contacted paypal, they did say I could get a full refund for the item, but I would be responsible for the shipping. The shipping would cost $125 and I only get that money back if the seller says that they received the item in the same condition it was sent. Here lies another problem. They didn't send me the item that I ordered. There are numerous complaints on Paypal with this same company that are in addition to the 10 plus pages here. I asked for Paypal to not do business with this company anymore. They read the same lines from a script, stating that it had been sent to their security team. However, since these claims are stacked more than two years back, I am sure many others will become victim to this company. I am so upset.

I have made a purchase via Facebook platform & paid via PayPal. I purchased a THOR tool set at $26, I have had to chase this company as my purchase was made 28th June 2020 & nothing received but the money taken from my account.
A product has been delivered today but not what I have ordered. I have been totally scammed under false advertising. I have emailed the company via PayPal but heard nothing back.
To say that I am upset & angry is an understatement as this was a present for my fiancé! As you can see from the photos below, totally not what I have been led to believe I am ordering & what I have received!
