On May 2,2020, I ordered a garden kneeler which I paid for by PayPal. To date August 1st, I have not received the item! The email address to contact the company is bogus

Dispute the charges with your credit card company. The item isn't what you received. It's a scam. I went through Paypal first. "Buyer's Protection". Complete waste of time if you are dealing with a company from China.

The email I just received from Paypal says, "To receive the refund, you'll need to initiate a return shipment and upload tracking information in the Resolution Center before August 11, 2020. We suggest you retain a copy of the shipping label to verify the address of the recipient. If needed, we may ask you to provide this document later. The item has to be sent to the following shipping address:

So glad Paypal has our backs. NOT! The cost to return this to China will exceed the cost of the item.

On July 2, 2020 I ordered a wooden slide out camp box for a minivan that can pull out and hold a camp stove and bowl as a tiny sink. On 7/31 I received a tiny plastic cutting board instead. It is about 6"x6" and weighs about 2 oz instead of approx 10 lbs wooden camp box I ordered. I paid 29.39 and wrote thru PayPal hoping for a refund. I clicked on an ad on FaceBook and ordered. After ordering I've found numerous complaints about this company. They are using the address for a FedEx location in NJ. Address= 114 Melrich Rd Ste LEL , Cranbury, NJ 08512.

Hello everyone. I have read your complaints and I too have been scammed by this company.
I am sick and tired of Paypal not assisting with claims and complaints, they have also advised me to send back the cheap caddy when I actually ordered a Home Scanning Digital Film projector then and only then will I received my refund. I now see that anything that is advertised for a tenth of the retail price is a scam and I will no longer deal through Paypal. I would like to get as many people to petition with me to have Paypal held accountable for the fraudulent sales by companies that they continue to service. if you are interested in posting something about your experience with Paypal, please contact me on [email protected]. once I have enough claims I will ensure Paypal are made accountable.

Call the credit card company and dispute it. Synchrony Bank handles Paypal Credit. I spoke to them already. They said if they dispute it, it will cancel out Paypal's dispute. I waited on Paypal. Seeing now how they didn't help me, I will contact Synchrony Monday.

I ordered two cat trees from this scam company, 'cat terrice ' , and ' cat villa' back in April and have received neither one ! After many complaints of my own and through pay pal ( which was never resolved by the way ) they sent me two piece of crap wooden boxes marked 'cat house' on the package. Ordered an automatic ball launcher, waited over 2 months for it. When it arrived it was a single tennis ball for which I had paid £24! I contacted the company who said the item was as advertised. I had paid through PayPal so I opened a dispute with them in May. Yesterday I was told they had closed my case and denied my claim. Paid through PayPal. Item never received and complained to PayPal. S h i t o u said they delivered it on 2nd June , but I never received it. Complained to PayPal on 2nd June and they keep giving a resolution date but when the resolution date arrives they postpone it by another two weeks. Last resolution date was 28th July, now they have postponed it to 12th July.
Don't get caught to this scamming company- they advertise in PayPal and I have a feeling they keep changing their name and the same product appearing again on Facebook with a different company name. Better to pay by credit card at least they will recover the money. Disapointed with PayPal as well
