I ordered a bamboo chopping board I saw in the video its included the trays and have a phone stand designed in the chopping board. But I received only 5 small ordinary plastic chopping board. I was really disappointed. I ordered 5 because I thought its very cheap and good for gifts. I didnt realised its too good to be true.

I ordered a pop tent all I got was a cheap rubbish tent bag , this is a scam , don’t be fooled by the video or description , this is just a big scam and I’m posting this warning to all those thinking of having any dealings with this thieving company

I first thought that the tent had been ripped off in transit but soon realised you wouldn't fit a childs tent into the obviously unused bag.

In May of this year, 2020 I ordered what was advertised and shown to be a small alcohol powered sterling engine. Nice looking gift for a couple of friends. After waiting over two months for the item to arrive, what I received was small glass lamps with a cotton wick. These glass lamps arrived in a soft padded plastic bag and all were broken except one. This company is a fraud. Email contact returns undeliverable. I have filed a complaint with paypal. I will be forced to return the package to the address on the bag, with no guarantee it will reach anyone connected with this company. While there is a street address it only goes to "On-line Seller". Fraud, big time.

Ordered a garden seat, waited 4 weeks and received nothing, contacted them several times, finally received a small bag instead which isn't what I ordered but was obviously because they wanted proof of delivery.
Now battling with PayPal for a refund.
They seem to be supporting the scammers by keep postponing and postponing the claim.

July 24 2020 - placed an order for a Vehicle hydraulic auto repair tools box. Three weeks after the order was placed, no communication has been received. I tried to contact the e mail address provided but the e mail was rejected due to "recipient address rejected :access denied " I will place the claim thru Paypal and AMEX

I ordered 2 foot powered washing machines for my camper. Small, portable washing machines for when we are traveling - looked pretty neat.
Receive the receipt and confirmation emails with a tracking number. A couple of weeks later, I received two clear plastic bowls. One was cracked. The tracking number on the package matched the tracking number of my order? I paid $36.98 total (tax & sh included) for two stinkin' dollar store quality bowls. GRRR.

I contacted the service desk and received a giant runaround. They finally came back with a feeble apology and an offer to refund 30% of my order. I declined their offer and demanded to receive what I ordered. They responded with an offer of a 60% refund. I filed a complaint with PayPal.

I'm going to decline this offer too. What a joke! Don't order from them! Bait and switch! SCAM!

I ordered what was supposed to be a pair of cat tree/condos. That is what was advertised with the photograph and description. What I received (3 months later, not the stated 2 weeks)was 2 small useless boxes that no cat of any size could appreciate. The boxes were about the size of the smallest milk carton; like the children's cafeteria size milk carton, and constructed with what may as well have been popsickle sticks. Total scam and PayPal should not continue to let their customers be ripped off by this fraudulent hack of a supplier.
I included a pair of sunglasses in the photograph for size reference. As you can see, no cat will be getting cozy in that 'condo'.
