I ordered a hair styler from wavychic on December 1st, and I haven't received any confirmation that it has been sent since then. I contacted the site and this email address, but they don't give any explanation, they just send the same old email. They don't help. I asked them to refund my money, but there's no reaction. They advertised the products a lot on Tiktok, I wrote a comment there through influencers, and I was scammed, the package didn't arrive, and my comment was deleted almost everywhere. It's very suspicious. They also promised in an email that they would check where the package was, but they haven't responded since.

Ordered a product which was defective just getting the runaround back-and-forth of how to return it which does not work
