An order eas placeon 6/26/25. When I notified Shopify on 7/4 when my orderwasnot recieved theShoprxvca Team rea h out immediately saying it was an mixedthat they would ship out same day.

When Idid not receive my correct a sent another complaint to Shopify and the Customer service Supervisor from RVCA emailed me saying it on his radar.

I have emailed ShopRVCA two moretimes with no apply

I ordered two matching patio benches that never arrived. I was given a confirmation email order number and a tracking number. When I tried to look it up, the tracking number comes up with no information and all of the sellers contact information.

I used it goes unanswered. I can't no longer view my order or go to their "store." I'll attempt at contact go unanswered. Email address appears to still be active.

I ordered stuff accidentally and didnt catch it for a few days and they got me for 315.00. Say its shopRxvca.com. now when i email them told me be 12 business days and its been almost a month. Tracking says it has arrived in country. Tracking and sold through shopify app. I wish i would have paid more attention or been more awake when doing things on my phone.

There is another review which is exactly what happened to me. I ordered two benches and received two usb cords. The tracking showed my package coming from China when the confirmation email first came. Now when I click on it, there is a warning to close it out because it is an attempt to steal my identity! WOW! I swear I checked to see if it was legit before I placed the order and everything looked good.

I ordered two RXVCA Duo Benches for $79.98 on July 8, 2025. I received two USB ports in the mail on July 25, 2025 instead. My credit card was charged $79.98. The company on the envelope for the USB ports was: Gehers Hoty’s and address was 3659 S. Ashland Ave. Chicago, IL 60609.

This company is a scam. I purchased 2 RXVCA glide fans, was given a fake tracking waiting 3 weeks and says it was delivered. The number belongs to a different company, the website disappears after it's been delivered. It's a scam. The website shows as shopify.com email is [email protected] all a scam. I was charged 79 dollars.

Used a link on Facebook to purchase an item. Paid online - received "tracking number" - waited over 3 weeks to receive package. It says it was delivered yesterday, 07/16/25. I ordered 2 RXVCA DuoBenches for almost $100- I received 2 usb wires in the mail - which I believe was part of the tracking scam that caused me to wait and not cancel the order with my bank. I never received the benches.
