Made a purchase with cash, and received 3 counterfeit 20 dollar bills as my change, went back into the store to let them know and they want to investigate me, for the counterfeit money WSS gave me as my change.

I ordered sneakers on 12.15.23 which were due to arrive by 12.23.23. The package kept suspiciously getting delayed over and over again. I contacted shopWSS multiple times regarding the numerous delays, and they refused to help in any way nor cancel my order when I repeatedly asked them to.

After contacting FedEx, I was told that the shipment was delayed due to a lack of shipping address information. The pieces started coming together. I believe shopWSS does this intentionally so the item gets returned to them (and the customer never sees a refund). When I contacted my credit card company, I was then told that this charge was set up as “recurring” which I clearly never authorized. I canceled my card and was issued a new one.

Furthermore, I googled to read reviews about this company and learned that multiple other people had been scammed by shopWSS in a similar way. This is a fraud business that must be shut down immediately!
