Instagram site, advertising a chance to win an iPad if you reveal the winning square. I found the winning square and paid the $14.95. After payment, it then said I have an opportunity to win an iPad.

I contacted the 8447322850 phone number listed on credit card statement, it was an answering type service.

I explained my situation, the operator put me hold to contact this vendor, they said no refund.

I then said I will contact my credit card company and report it. They then came back and offered $4.95 refund.

I said no thanks. they then came back with a discount offer, I said no, that I would contact my credit card company and also report it to BBB.

They then said it would be escalated for full refund, which would occur in 3-5 business days.

The operator gave me the website address as www.snappysummaries.com. At this site there is no information available, only a login.
