The website looks legit guy sent me over an email with his address and picture ID. Even sent over change of ownership paperwork. When it was time to ship I get this email from a shipping company they supposedly use asking for money for an insurance license I paid the 950 like a fool only for me to text and find out the status of the flight for them to say I needed to pay 1500. I didn’t pay the 1500 but I filed a claim with my bank
MY EXPERIENCE WAS WITH "OLIVER SCHUMER OF BILLINGS MONTANA". HE STOPPED RESPONDING WHEN I ASKED TO PICK UP THE PUP IN PERSON AS I WOULD BE TRAVELING THROUGH BILLINGS A FEW DAYS LATER.
I HAVE SINCE SEARCHED THESE PICS AND FOUND THE EXACT SAME PUPS FOR SALE ON NUMEROUS WEBSITES...

We almost fell prey. We contacted them via email about a Yorkie named Joy and got an email back almost instantly. I asked some very specific questions and in their return email they only cared about the rush of payment and did not answer any of my other questions.
That rose of red flag for me so I decided to look up reviews and stumbled upon this page.

socializedyorkieshome.com. I received an email from Gerald Jackson saying the puppy was still
available. After that email, text messages were started. Gerald Jackson would only take vanilla gift
cards, Zelle or cashapp for the $600.00 payment for the puppy. I bought 2 gift cards for $300.00 each,
took pictures of the front and back and sent them via text message on July 11, 2020. On July 12,2020,
I received an email from American Pet Express stating that I needed to purchase reimbursable
insurance on the puppy. The amount for the insurance was $750.00, again I purchase vanilla gift
cards 1 for $500.00 and 1 for $250.00. Took pictures of the front and back and sent them to Gerald
Jackson via text message. Then on July 13, 2020, I received another email from American Pet
Express requesting $850.00 for a Regulatory Crate, again to be refunded when the puppy was picked
up from Sacramento Airport. At that point my fund were exhausted and I contacted Gerald Jackson by
phone and told him I could not afford it and that I wanted my money reimbursed to me. He said he
would buy a gift card and mail it back to me, never heard from him again. I have tried to call and text
him but he will not respond or answer my calls or text. I contacted the Fairfield Police Department
today and reported the scam.
