I ordered an item on March 9, 2020 recieved shipping information the next day. My package has 3-5 day shipping that I paid for and it's been like two weeks! Everytime I check the tracking number all it says is accepted. When I try to call the company I get no awnser. Thier email is fake I know because I sent one to them and it came back and said that the email address didn't exist/spam. Yet I recieve ads from them everyday all day. Even thier FB Messenger you can't get through to them on. I want my money back at this point since it's pretty obvious that I'm not getting my product.

I went on the website to make sure the reviews where good , they where even had a bit of negative but I thought it was legit come to find out once I look up on google reviews about the website , they are SCAMMERS . Product never ships , they never answer your messages and a refund and if you do get the product it’s broken or ripped . My money went to waste !! BEWARE

This company appears to offer high end braces and support equipment. They also claim to hire and support veterans. When you place your order you receive an order confirmation number and a link to tracking. When you click the link the status always says "order processing". They claim 3-5 business days which means it should have arrived 10 days ago but the order always says in process. Their 24 hour support is only a recording and any email is only a form-return letter. They never send a tracking number. I payed through Paypal so I am trying to resolve my dispute through them.

purchased a back support from ********* *** since i ordered it i havent received it i looked at the tracking number and it said it was held in arizona, i contacted usps and they told me they havent received it..i looked at the tracking number again and it said it was already delivered which wasnt true. today i look in my banck account and under it it said dentist i reported. let see what happens next i wish there was another way to put on the website that they are scammers.

I made two separate purchases for waist trainers and body shapers. Never got either order and was told that it was waiting to be approved in Phoenix, AZ. Lost a lot of money for nothing. I should sue.

I ordered my order since March 15 my order was shipped a couple of day later and it never arrived. I tried server time to get in contact with the company and with someone about to order they reach out and offered me more discounts instead of my money back ore my package I have since contacted them several other time no response.

So apparently there are a lot of people not getting the products they ordered from this company. Now I know better and I should of did a little more research before spending forty dollars on a waist trainer but I did not. You can not get ahold of anyone even though they say they have 24 hour customer service and alot of people are upset on those Facebook page and only have on review on their website I saw. Therefore I would be Leary of this company.

I placed an order online for product they advertise, I ordered it priority shipping and received notification the label had been printed and the post office is waiting for item. After numerous attempts to contact them via phone,email,social media ..I came across people who were having the same issue I am experiencing. They are advertising a product, receiving our payments but never shipping out the products we paid for. I understand due to COVID-19 some places are experiences some delays but this is something that has taken place according to social media comments before the virus.

I thought I bought some shapewear and they sent me a shipping code from usps and usps never recieved the shipment. They refuse to answer my phone calls and refuse to answer my emails. They also have a facebook page and refuse to answer my messages on there.

I ordered a few items from the company. I realized that I made a mistake with one of the sizes. I tried to contact them through email but was given an error message three times that I messaged them. There was a delivery email message failure. I went on their Instagram and started going through one profiles comments and that’s when I saw the bad reviews. Then I sent messages on Facebook which on the messenger app show as unread. However when I went to messenger through their site it shows that my messages were received and had been seen. However they lacked the common courtesy as a professional business to refund me my own after all the work I put in trying to get in contact with them by that point. I tried to call the number on their page and there’s a recording to leave a message after the tone with name and number which I did.

Do Not Purchase anything from this company. You will not receive anything that you order from them. They have an email that is fake. They have a customer service phone number that goes directly to a voicemail inbox. They will fail to deliver your product and this is a scam company.

I ordered from stability pro on 4/18/20 I received email saying my order what's shipped out 4/21/20. I checked my order and it said it was pending in Phoenix Arizona. My order was supposed to arrive April 27, 2020 I have try to contact the company I left multiple messages on the answer machine. I have been emailing them they told me my order was sent to the post office and some how the post office lost it that they would send me another one the next day. And when I asked for refund they going to tell me i have to return the item. But how can I return anything when i haven't received my order. I contact the USPS they told me they haven't received my order it has been 6 days they where supposed to received it already. USPS told me i need to get in contact with the company that shipped my order and asked them who are the partner that shipped it out.

This website pose as a sports brace and support seller. But they do not ship your purchases. Instead they send you a email with a tracking number but it never leaves their area. They do not answer the phone number provided. And the email address on the website will be returned with a failure message. I paid with pay pal and will attempt to get my money back from them. Please beware.

I made a purchase with this company and have not received my product nor have I been able to to contact them to even know when I may receive it. Their email now states that they are not able to receive emails. I recently received a email from them saying it would probably be the last email I receive but when I opened it it did not state why and I still have yet to receive my product. After looking into the company I see people who are complaining about the same thing. This company has ran off with our money and no response. Please help.

Worse experience ever I order a sweat belt from and body shape vest from them and I never revived anything I then try to track it and it would not show anything besides a level being made in Arizona, I then e mailed them numerous of time along with calling them over 10 times and no respond. I placed an order or APRIL 22, paid expedited fee for quicker shipment (2-3Days) It is now APRIL 27 and "tracking number" shows up at USPS to still be in the same location since placed: Phoenix, AZ. I have since tried to email them in regards to my concerns and got an email back stating this email address does not exist. I then tried to contact them on FB messenger as well as leave a voicemail to their number listed of 18885576242. I had to "leave a voicemail". I have yet to hear back and or receive a refund. I have since found out this is a complete scam and want to warn others to do your research on a website before making any purchase as I made a huge mistake trusting this was legitimate purchase. What a disappointment. I want my money back and to warn others of this scam. I am owed: $32.98 and my time and mind spent with my bank to try to dispute this charge and to have to have a new card issued. Shame on this company!
