I got a phishing email saying 'we still have masks!'. I looked up their website and it looked legitimate, so I ordered 2 masks, 2 sterilizing wands, and a no touch thermometer. I naively thought that by not clicking on the email, and seeking the website out myself, that I was not going to get phished. I was wrong! I spent $178.05! They never sent me anything. I sent a LOT of emails to them before they finally answered me. They gave me all the standard excuses, lost in the mail, ect. Well, I emailed the USPS with the tracking number SP gave me, and they said only a label was made, that no package was ever sent. Because of this, I know SP is lying. I still have not gotten my money back. They refuse to answer me anymore. Now my credit card is trying to deal with them on my behalf. Taking advantage of someone during a pandemic is horrible. I want them shut down! It's no different than a purse snatcher!

Attempted to purchase a thermometer, when given an order number and a tracking number, the package never moved. I gave the USPS tracking number to the postal service and they informed me that it was never registered in their system. I was supposed to receive my package in 3-5 days and it has now been over one week. I have emailed and called the company multiple times and have not received any response in return.

I was online searching for a post surgery recovery bra front closure for a plus size woman. There bras were listed along with others but this one said post surgery support which I needed. The initial reviews were great and they had the ability to get the product to me in 2 to 3 business days. So I placed my order they charge me for everything immediately. The package has not arrived as of yes. The tracking number says I will receive an email whenever they decide to ship my package. I am out of my money with nothing to show for it. They have not responded to any of my emails.

I placed an online order with StabilityPro on March 28, 2020 for 3 N-95 masks and a thermometer. The business immediately withdrew the $90.35 I spent on the merchandise from my credit card. I paid extra for express delivery. To date, I have yet to receive the ítems. When I have tried to track my package, an undisclosed address in Phoenix always pops up. The only responses I have received from Stability Pro to my inquiries are automatic replies that my "request" is being reviewed by "staff".

StabilityPro is a disreputable firm.It is clearly scamming the public. Is there any way the police can be brought in to prosecute the owner on criminal charges?

Ordered a protective face mask and digital thermometer on April 2nd. When I was checking out, a pop-up came up on the screen prompting me to buy additional items. I accidentally clicked on the pop-up, and a UV sterilizing light was added to my order. I tried to edit my cart, but I was immediately charged for the UV light that I had no intention of buying. When I looked at the invoice, there was one charge for the thermometer and mask, but it appears I was charged separately for the UV light. The Paypal seller name is "Global Trade Network LLC". I emailed the support address ([email protected]), but received no response. When I tried to check the order status on the site (StabilityPro.com), the site itself was down. The order is still in "Package Acceptance Pending" status with USPS, so clearly it has not been shipped, and I suspect it doesn't even exist. I called the support number (888-557-6242), and got the answering machine, which told me to leave a message with my phone #, email, and first/last name and a "Support representative will call back soon". I looked at the Better Business Bureau website (https://www.bbb.org/.../exer.../stabilitypro-1126-1000050024) as well as Yelp, and found countless reviews from customers who were scammed in the same way I was. StabilityPro says they hire veterans and support American business, but they are clearly using the COVID-19 pandemic to cheat people out of their money.

I ordered an N 95 mask. Stability pro said it was delivered, I did not believe it was. I wrote a poor review saying I never received the product. Then I rechecked and found it had been delivered. The mass did not come with any specifications as noted in the website advertisement. I tried to go back to the website to remove my review of not receiving, and also to look at the mask specifications. I am unable to do either, I am blocked from the website. How can a mask be delivered without its specifications? How can you block a customer? I have questions about my order, but cannot get them answered because now I am blocked.

Ordered a back brace according to size chart ( large )way too small had to pay for return shipping ordered largest size available( xxxlarge )still too small they don’t answer calls somehow doubled my order and only offer return credit

This is not a legitimate operation and their site should be taken down.

I googled a product and came across StabilityPro online. I went to the website and purchased the product on 3/28/19 (money was taken from my credit card that very moment). I tracked my order and April 1st a packaging label was created, but it never was shipped. After the 3 to 5 day shipping passed, I began reaching out to the company via phone, email and live chat. None of my messages were ever returned. I left several over the course of several days!!! The live chat gave a generic automated response, the email gave an generic automated reply, and the phone calls at one time said they were closed and the other several times said to leave a message with name, order number, phone number and they would return the call and they NEVER did. More than 2 weeks later, I have still never heard back from the company and I never received the product that I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered from StabilityPro on 8/29/2018 and was charged $96.77 on my credit card. FREE USPS First Class (3-5 Days) and have not received anything from them, I emailed them with no reply back from them, and they do not have phone number to call. I reported them to my credit card company. Please DO NOT buy from this company, IT"S A SCAM!!!!!!!
