First item (50$) got delivered to an entirely different
address the tracking information displayed as follows:
Israel, 【Israel】 Delivered. Thank you for using SF Express. Looking forward to serving you again
StarryLights told me to contact my local postal office, I did and they said
that they don't even work with SF Express, and turns out
if you look closely it doesn't even say to what city it has been delivered to,
here's an example of a proper order I received directly my address:
Ramla, IL, DELIVERED
It says my city name and Israel.
Heck knows in what city my package is at right now?!
If the second item gets lots similarly I'll be 100% sure this is a scam
and update you guys, but so far, the support
are refusing to give me a refund on the item that hasn't been delivered
and are basically pushing the blame from their side to "the local post
office" who btw doesn't recognize the [censored]ty shipping company they paid for
in order for the package to ship to me.
