The company appears to be collecting payments in a predatory manner, claiming to help clients exit their timeshares by paying an exorbitant amount of money. Clients are led to believe that once they make payments to the company, they can stop making payments on their timeshares without any adverse impact on their credit. However, this is misleading and may have severe consequences for the clients’ credit profiles.
Secondly, there are concerns about the misrepresentation of legal assistance. Clients are under the impression that they are working with attorneys when, in reality, they are dealing with customer service representatives who lack real legal knowledge. This misrepresentation could potentially lead clients to make decisions based on false assumptions about the legal expertise guiding them.
Lastly, the company fails to disclose direct options available to clients. Clients are not made aware that they can work directly with their timeshare companies to exit their agreements. Instead, they are encouraged not to mention that they are working with an exit company. Additionally, the company submits filings on behalf of clients, forcing representatives to lie and create accounts with various agencies without disclosing that they are a third party.
