Ordered from stockyardx.com, never received my backpack and got blocked
I contacted the company multiple times via email ([email protected]) requesting an explanation and asking when the backpack would be delivered. Each time, I was told there had been a “mix-up at the warehouse.” Despite these repeated assurances, the company has neither shipped the missing backpack nor issued a refund for the $82.35 I paid for it.
It has now been over one month since my purchase, and the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, after attempting to follow up through their social media pages, I was blocked on both Instagram and Facebook, preventing me from communicating publicly or warning other customers about my experience.
I am requesting a full refund for the undelivered backpack or immediate shipment with valid tracking information.
