contacted by landline to call in to proceed with details for claiming prize from PCH, after several calls back and forth, told to call a Bank of America line to verify amount in escrow, then told to pay $15k to process a Golden Eagle stamp to let money go, knew was a scam then, number we were calling was 516-262-6845

Received an email correspondence stating that I won a million dollars in 2021 and would need to send 100 to claim it. Scammer provided a certificate with my home address on it but my name was misspelled. They claim they wanted to send me the money I "supposedly" won.

Got a phone call at 8:43 this morning. December 13, 2022. Said his name was Paul Johnson.

ID# 1916190529USPCH.

Would have to go to Walmart, Dollar General or Walgreens to get a registration card. I have to purchase. Like a prepaid Visa. I would then take this card to the court house and he would direct me by phone as to what to do next. Said I would be receiving a car & 7K a month for the rest of my life. So convincing. I when straight online to ScamPulse.com & I see others are getting the same lie.

Got letter in mail that I won 2nd place in lottery winnings. I received a check for 7800 to cover attorney and insurance. Was told to put check in bank and call back. Spoke with Gloria Costas. She said to withdraw in cash 4700 and put in two envelopes. To call back for an undisclosed place to meet. They would show up at my home with a check on Saturday between 3:30-4.

Letter arrived saying sweepstakes winnings of $250,000. Enclosed was a check for $2,675.50 bur a fee of $2000.00 was required. A warning was enclosed that no action should be taken before contacting the claim agent, but the phone number is either not available or always busy. SCAM attempt! Nothing checks out.

Slow talking man, name: John Turner,( badge # 425101-JT), called 8:00am, !0/22/2022. Said I had won Publishers Clearing House, $950,000.00 and $7,000.00 every week for life. to be delivered within 24 hours. Asked if I lived near CVS or Dollar General .Taxes paid, therefore I need to pay 1 % of $950,000. 00 ( Never asked where I lived)

Told to write down my Package # 3162285754 and Ticket # XD214779. I needed two forms of personal identification

I asked for his phone number....and he hung up. ( Knew it was scam for start).

I received a voice mail from a Steven Pierce who said he was calling from the Multi-State Lottery Assn and that I had won some cash money and he gave me the #838-900-2039 and wanted me to call him back which I have not done. I do not believe that I have won any money but cannot find out anything about the Multi-State lottery that would give me a way to contact them to see what this is. If you know anything about this I would appreciate it. I do not have a #that had the voice mail. Thank You

I received a phone cell call stating it was from PCH and I won 5.2 million dollars plus a new Mercedes-Benz SUV and $7000.00 a week for life it was a recording giving me a claim number a womans name to call and a ID number to give her when I called . I was supposed to call soon as time was running out.

Needless to say they were to quick for me to write down all this information.

I would not have called anyway and give access to any phone . I'm only tell this story because the recording did not ask for information I would have had to call them but I know some people may try to get in touch with them.

I received a phone call from Publishing Clearing House. They told me that I was the super winner of the Publishing Clearing House lottery. I won 1.5 million dollars and a new Mercedes, free gas for 36 month. All questions should be direct to my account manager. Press 1 or call to this number to talk to the account manager, so I can ask any question he have. We are looking forward to your call.

I got a call saying I had won $77 million and I needed to get a $500 vanilla VISA card for the taxes.  They are coming with two vans with the check and people who will be taking me to the bank.

A Facebook friend that I have multiple friends in common sent me a message stating that their company were blessing people and asked for my cashapp. I gave them the information and then they said I would not have to pay anything and I just needed to follow the instructions to receive $2000. They had me put $50 into my cashapp and put it to bitcoin. Then they had me send that to someone else’s cashapp. I followed the instructions and then they had me give them my Facebook information to verify that it was me. Well, I did thinking this was real. After they logged in, they said I would get my money but then said I had to pay a fee to have it deposited into my cashapp account of $150. I am refusing to pay them the extra money and let them know they have not been honest.

This looks like a prize won by Dicks Sporting Goods, which I shop at, for a YETI backpack. It states it is a free prize and the cost of 4.96 is for shipping of the prize. In reality, they take your card info and start ramming charges under different business names. Luckily, my bank was suspicious and contacted me when they tried to get $99.98 out of my account. They also tried to get nearly $25.00 within a day or so of that first attempt.

This is a scam with offer of a prize won in order to get financial information to profit from.

I received a text stating these people had won millions in the Wisconsin lottery. They said I had been one of 50 people whose number was drawn from a spin ball. It stated I could win $200,000. It asked me to text a code to an agent named Eldon Walter at 1-971-203-2711.

Text msg claiming to be winner of Wiconsin $768 million power ball jackpot randomly selected my ph number in his monthly selection of 20 numbers to give away $300,000. Wanted address, full name, sex, ph number, bank name, email address, phone carrier, age.

They gave a claim code to give along with their requested info. Also gave this number to call the bagels in charge: 916 542 8195 or email: [email protected]
