I ordered a pair of Crocs from y'all back in September 2020 never received them ever time y'all said it's going take a little longer I mean come on almost a year for shoes I want my shoes or a refund here is a number that I have 40293xxx5660 sign porch if this helps my email [email protected]

This company is a scam. Ordered a rug and had stains around the whole bottom of rug. I emailed them and told them this is not acceptable, and that I wanted my money back, just let me know how to return the defective rug. They emailed my back right away and said they had to get in touch with production and would email me back.
Well it has been 3 weeks and have not heard anything.
Fired off a more aggressive email and still have not heard a thing.
Guess I’m out of my money.

Ordered rugs, *then* read reviews. Not a mistake I generally make. Immediately canceled my order. Received an email saying since cancellation was within 24 hours, I’d receive a full refund. Some days later I received an email saying order would be shipping soon. I reminded them it had been canceled. No refund. Contacted PayPal and filed a complaint. I received a full refund through PayPal *and* one of the rugs. The rug is a joke. Absolute crap. If they want it returned, they can come and get it. Photos show what I order and what I got.

***WARNING*** DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Full Cart/Sweetieup Co. Ltd. is running a scam operation which has a fairly sophisticated bait and switch business model. IF you receive your merchandise, it will take many weeks. They will not allow you to cancel your order and PayPal immediately deducts the money from your account and states that they are not liable for lost funds and do not endorse this company, so BUYER BEWARE. Full Cart/Sweetieup Co. Ltd. is headquartered in Hong Kong, so it is impossible to get in touch with anyone either by phone or e-mail -- any attempt to cancel the order or return merchandise is futile. I ordered a white, Queen-sized comforter with purple flowers and they sent me a cheap, ugly yellow piece of material with faded blue flowers which resembles a flat sheet. It does not have any polyfill and is definitely NOT a comforter -- it arrived in a 10" x 12" envelope, so that says it all. I am so disappointed that I fell for this scam and wish that I had done my research prior to placing my order since it's obvious by the numerous complaints here that they have duped many people.

Rug ordered and cancelled due to length of shipping time. After over month and a half, no item received and no refund. Same fifteen emails in response to my inquiries "You will receive refund depending on your bank" That doesn't even make sense in proper English.

This company has been giving me the run around also. I ordered a duvet, and it is so cheaply made. The images are blurry! After several emails, they finally agreed to give me back 30%. I have yet to see any of it! I will never be ordering from this company again!

Company is a SCAM. Ordered a Queen size country quilt from Full Cart/SweetieUp Co. Limited. They also go by two other names. They pictured a style on their website, received a different item totally and cheaply made. Was not what I ordered at all. I disputed through my C.C. company & PayPal. They gave me the credit, but then reversed the charge. I called and now have issued a progressive letter for final resolution. I will not pay this fraudulent company. They never responded at first and then by email they said no refund. We sent you what you ordered. That is a lie! By the time the company responds you have 7 days to return the parcel to Hong Kong and the return postage is more than you paid for the item. Bait-and-Switch. DO NOT use this company or its website, Full Cart! They are totally a FRAUD! MORE than 40+ complaints have been placed against them on multiple sights!

AREA RUGS NOT AS DESCIBED! I ordered what where supposed to be 3, 8 x10 area RUGS...what I received were 2 , 2 x 2 packages that have (best desciption)..3 blankets. In no way could these be considered rugs.

I still haven’t received order I’m so upset just realized they said my order was shipped even got a tracking number how do I get my money back they said it was shipped but I can’t track it

Received one fleece blanket after one month and the other fleece blanket never arrived. $98.00 and the one blanket I received is the wrong order! In the process I'm attempting to get a refund, but by reading the reviews I could be out of my money. Extremely disappointed and stay clear!

Company is a SCAM. Ordered velvet tufted quilt from Pine Cone Hill as pictured on website, received a moving blanket. You can open a dispute in Paypal, but by the time the company responds you have 7 days to return the parcel to Hong Kong and the return postage is more than you paid for the item. Bait-and-Switch. DO NOT use this company or its website, Full Cart!

I ordered a rug on Feb. 27, my bank was charged on Mar. 1, but all I've received are random emails saying random things about the order...similar to above emails. Is there a way to get back my money?

I pretty much just copied the same report above because the same thing happened to me. I even asked them if they were scamming me in same emails and they went silent after that.

Repeat of another complaint that applies to me because frankly I’m sick of repeating myself with this ‘mess:
this company takes your order and sets up a pre-tracking label so they can get your money thru Paypal. then the merchandise is never delivered. they start sending you conflicting details regarding the order, one email will say you have received your order, another will say it is delayed, another will say it is being shipped to the US, another says it is received at their location and is being reviewed by our support staff, another will say it is in production. they say allow 10 days for delivery, up to 20 days due to Covid.

I just got charged over $200 from a company I’ve never heard of I closed my credit card account

When you try to cancel the order they say you CAN NOT CANCEL because it is in shipping process. they have a 60 day satisfaction guarantee but will not honor it. In the end you have no recourse you have no merchandise and no money.
