They stole my money! They hid their true pricing per bottle. They made it look like you got 5 bottles for 75 but at checkout it was 35/bottle claiming fine print. Then just before you checkout they bring up an offer for another product for 59.95 which I didn’t want to add. There was no way to say decline or skip, and no clear “add” button. So I thought if I went to check out I could decline it there when I reviewed my cart. But NO! They charged my card immediately without permission and no cart review! I called immediately to cancel the order and they said I could not. They were rude and condescending! I returned all product after waiting nearly 60 days as they said I had to. My card had since been hacked and I had no card to put credit on so requested a check. I received a RMA from them and returned the product. I have proof of delivery beginning of November and they have not issued a check to refund me. I keep emailing and calling and they say they are working on it. I reported them to consumer protection bureau after Christmas. Now my emails fail to deliver. They are THIEVES! They stole 250.00 from me.

I took a chance on ordering your product for Keto Gummies and was called daily by multiple people to purchase the burners to excel the gummies. I was hesitant to purchase as the original ad never mentioned that one would require additional products for the gummies to work.

Today after more than a week I finely received the package for the burners and to my surprise I received two bottles of SKIN TAG REMOVERS. I called your customers service line and had a terrible connection and the girl who's name I could not get clearly advised that I would need to email [email protected].

I was not happy, so I called back and got a girl name Dawn who cut me off short and advised I was given the wrong email to send in a letter requesting a refund. She advised to send it to [email protected].
Again I asked for someone to whom I could talk too. Dawn again advised I must request a refund via email.

After checking my purchase order I was able to locate a CA phone number and spoke to Rosette who was very helpful and offered a welcoming Customer Service Resolution. I've worked customer service for a major airlines for 32 years and I know a good quality agent when speaking to one. Please thank Rosette as she was able to guide me in the correct direction.

I will be returning my gummy product with one empty bottle. As I was waiting for the burner to arrive I want to see if your product worked and I must say it did not. So please process a full refund for both products.

It's now been 3 weeks since I mailed the products back, according to my tracking number from the USPS the products were delivered to your California office on 12/5/22. I've not received an email, call or refund, this is very frustrating. I tried emailing both the above email and both have be returned stating unable to send. What is my next step to get this resolved?

CT ordered Keto gummies Buy 1 and only pay shipping and handling . After seeing what they charged to my account $199.99 for 5 bottles which I did not order, I called them to cancel he told me it was to late to cancel, the order was placed and could not be stopped. So when they arrived I sent then back. I called then same day told they were returned, I then was informed no returns payments would be turned until November 1st. I placed the order 09/1/22. I ordered 5 bottles total, the information said buy 3 get 2 free. $39.95/bottle, expecting to pay 119.85 but was charged 199.75. I immediately called to cancel but was told by two totally obnoxious reps that I had to wait 60 days to be reimbursed. I called 60 days later, sending back 3 bottles of the useless gummies only to be told that I would not get the 199.75 i paid but only for the bottles returned. I called after the product was returned to be informed that I would only receive 119.85, then i received a email stating I would be refunded 99., then later the same day I received another msg stating I would be refunded 93. The number you are calling is a call center for various products, every time you call you get a different story. I totally expect as the days go by that I won't get any money for the garbage I ordered. Please don't believe anything this company promises, it is a total scam and I'm so over anything these companies sell to the hopeful customers they scam every day. NOTE: I firmly believe that the people they hire are unaware of what they signed up for, they are all scammers and don't care that they collect money for a bogus product. Buyer beware! I WILL NEVER FALL VICTIM TO THESE CRAZY SCAMS, SHAME ON ME! Hopefully one day this won't happen to any unspecting consumers.

I tried to order keto gummies several times but each time it said that my credit card wasn’t valid. However I received 30 gummies in the mail but invoice said that I should have received 60. After taking with several reps from Menton the discrepancy wasn’t resolved. Then I noticed a 159.80 charge on my Credit card so I filed a dispute. After several weeks I received notice that Menton has mailed the gummies and that I should call to cancel my subscription. After talking to the rep today she said that I did t have a subscription and didn’t need to cancel it. She had no idea why I was charged 159.80. in the meantime I received 30 more gummies in the mail with the invoice saying that there should be 60. Photos enclosed. I appreciate resolution-thank you

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. I MEAN NOTHING!

I started this process off by just adding this item to my cart to find out the cost of the product and it ended up charging me immediately. Site is very confusing! I tried to call the very next day (bc I bought it late in the evening) to try to cancel the order, I called 3 or 4! Times AND left messages, no return call. I finally get through 5 days later and speak with someone. I told them I wanted to cancel (when I got email it said to expect a delay in receiving the product due to high demand) and they told me it had already shipped. I told the guy I wanted to cancel and get a return. He said , no problem, when you get the item, just return it for a full refund. Well, I did that. Two weeks go by and I heard nothing. Again, tried to call a few times. Couldnt get through. I finally do, they confirm they got my return then tell me I didn’t get an RMA code. I said the guy NEVER told me that! They told me to email my their customer service, which I did. A few days goes by, noting. I email them, they respond this time telling me they didn’t have my return. I said BS, they confirmed they had it last week. So we exchanged a few emails about that. I finally get an email, a week later, they email saying they’ll refund $155 to me. I said the order was 199.75 and I want the full refund. They email me back now and said there’s an 8.95 restocking fee for EACH BOTTLE RETURNED. Well, Since I couldn’t choose how many bottles I got this is BS. I WILL GET THAT MONEY BACK! They are ridiculous and I suggest you buy Nothng from them ever!

I was sent 6 bottles of product, Leto and detox pills that I did not order. I ordered the buy one get one free to try, instead they put me on an automatic subscription plan and charged me $119.88 and $59.99. I’ve tried calling them to get a return label sent to me to send the 6 bottle pack back, I’ve never received the 2 bottles I originally ordered yet, but have been charged for both orders. Ordered on line. It was supposed to be buy one get one free only one product was shown on the order I selected for I think $59. I selected it and it immediately gave a receipt for the $199 charge. They gave me a preview of the order so I could make a correction. I called them back immediately and spoke to Camille to cancel order. I did not place that order. Had they shown me a preview of the order. They said it had already been sent and couldn’t be stopped. That we could wait until we got the product to work it out. It arrived at my daughters house while I was at a convention. It was addressed to her and she opened it and used some. When I got back I told her to send it back immediately. We have pictures of the packages what came from them and what was returned to them. I called them today to give them the tracking number for the package and they said that because I sent it back before the 60 days was up, I couldn’t get a refund. “I violated the terms of the contract”. What contract? She said for me to contact [email protected]. When I did that a scam alert came up and that’s how I found you.absolutely no directions or contact information was included in the package no written information about the 60 use requirement. Nothing.

I ordered this product with the understanding that I would buy two and get one free. The total was not available until payment was made and instead of the hundred dollars for the two the amount was $150.00. I was also told on a later date that the Keto would not work without the thermal product which was an extra charge. I wanted 60 or 90 days to return I followed instructions took it to the post office for a certified letter and repackaged the product. It has been one year no refund yet. The financial machine is broken. Send me a check then. Still nothing.
