Ordered what I thought was three bottles of cbd gummies for $39.00 and received five bottles for $200.00. Was told I couldn’t request a refund until sixty days have passed. Which by the way is the time limit for disputing charges on your credit card. When I asked for an email stating the return policy it came from tccsuccess.com we immediately called the credit card company to stop payment and dispute the charges. We’ll see what happens.

This is my email to them and I'm trying to figure out what to do. I have gained so much weight that my depression has gotten worse and and I feel like this is why my husband and I just don't even cuddle. It's very upsetting. So this is my email to them and Ive been trying to get my FULL refund back, not just on the pills you DONT use, because that's their secret they say FULL refund BUT ONLY ON THE ONES NOT USED, smart rip people off. You don't get a full refund. I lost my job a while ago but I wanted to keep losing weight and the one that worked amazingly was "BHB Keto", that's the exact name, and I lost alot of weight but I tried to get it again and I could not find it anywhere. Anyways I just want to lose weight to feel good again, not ashamed. Not even all the cardio with the pills didn't even work, I just gained. ???
Anyhow sorry for rambling on I'm just very sad. I hate to leave my house.

I have been trying to get a hold of your company to ask for help but every phone number I found sent me to online here, go online there etc etc.

I have called before with this issue about taking the "1500 Keto Advanced" and "Thermo Burn" 2 of each every morning, and eating right and exercising, walking do lots of cardio to "Lose Weight" but I called to let you know that it was actually making me GAIN weight and before I got this keto pills I had "BHB Keto" and I had lost alot of weight, so I called to try and get more after I ran out and your company said it's no longer available but try the "1500KA"+"Thermo Burn" and again it did NOT work, I gained back all my weight + extra weight so when I called to inform you guys I wasn't happy your company suggested I try One pill of each in morning and 1of each at night instead of 4 in mrng, again it did not work. So I tried to call to let your company know I've followed your instructions for a couple months and did cardio etc but I gained even more weight. I'm very upset and with my anxiety and depression it's killing me, especially because my family and I have been planning a trip back home to Europe, Italy to see family, (whom I haven't seen in 20yrs that is, I used to go every 3yrs but life got busy), BUT my goal this past year was to lose weight so I can feel great about myself when we go.

Please can someone contact me by phone, PLEASE BY PHONE, I really am so upset about this not worked ng and all the money I've spent. I'm not working now for I was laid off. So again I'm asking for help with this by discussing on getting my FULL refund or REPLACE this brand with a different into to try.

Place an order today for five bottles, at the end of the order they showed me purchase four different items. Two of which are connected to additional monthly charges. I received a message saying thanks for your order with an order number, customer service number my address and everything. Call then jerks back right after the order was placed. Now they have no account of my name, email, order number cc number, nothing. The first b[censored] hung up on me. The second guy couldn't locate either. Then tried to sell me another bottle. Extra work on my end now with the bank to stop this crap.

Tell VIGOR NOW TO GO F[censored] THEMSELVES.

Also, none of their customer service emails work.

I was told it would make me lose weight

They lied to me. I am 63 years old and I find out it will not work for me, they sold me it. I would like to get my money back because now they say I need to buy another product and I think they are taking the money out of my account without my permission. It is not right . I am on S.S. and I do not have the money. If they take more money from me I will not be able to pay my rent. I live in a assistant living facility and can not afford any of this. Why did they do this to me. How do I get my money back. I feel like a fool for letting them do this to me . How do I get help.

I was introduced a bottle of Vigor Now online on Dec. 25, 2021, and just pay shipping of the product. I went ahead and paid the shipping of $4.98 for the bottle with my visa card and immediately I received an email stating 5 bottles and no price was indicated. I called them on the following Monday to verify the order and these scammers charged $198 on my visa card. I have tried several times with their customer service and to no avail. I am now disputing this charge with my bank and with these lowlife scammers. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PIECE OF [censored] !

I received a phone call the next day saying I needed another product along with the above bottles. Asked to cancel the transaction and was told no but I could send the bottles back for a refund in three months. I sent the product back by Canada Post on July 14, 2021. I have call numerous times and been told that the refunds program was not working and would get a refund once the problem was solved. Each time I was told it was not a scam. BUYER BEWARE

This company is advertising a free trial, but will charge you $200 and will not cancel your order even when you reach out within a few minutes.Then they charge a $40 restocking fee. The seal was not even broken on my package. This should be a class action law suit.Buyer beware!

I ordered the Advanced Keto 1500 and like the many people before me bought the better deal, buy 6 bottles get 12 bottles. Then I called the company about the product ingredients as I am not allowed to take green tea products as it interferes with my other medication. I was assured that there was no green tea extract in the product. And also in order for the Advanced Keto 1500 pills to work I must buy the Thermo Burn product. Once I received the product and looked at the ingredient list green tea extract was listed. So I tried returning the product and they said I had to wait the 60 days. I waited the 60 days and returned the product. When I contacted them about the refund they said they didn't receive the product back but of course I took pictures of the postage tracking receipt and showed them the picture indicating the package had been delivered to their place of business. Then I received an email that I was eligible for the refund and never received it. After several phone calls and emails I kept getting the same response that their system has errors and cannot process a refund at this time. This product and company are huge scammers and more should be done to spread the word about this to the susceptible public.

I am PAUL MENADIER and I placed an order for VigorNow. They offered a 50% discount and each bottle was priced at $125. I chose the BUY ONE GET ONE FREE OPTION.. which allowed me to buy one at 50% percent off and receive the second one for free. When billed they charged me $125 or $62.50 for each bottle and not the advertised price of 50% off (%62.50) which I should pay for the first bottle and then receive the second bottle for free. NB there third option to buy 1 BOTTLE + GET ONE FREE. After placing my order they billed me for 2 bottles at $62.50 each and not the advertised sale price of 50% off ($62.50) + GET 1 FREE. I then called them to cancel my order as I was unable to afford the $125 price because I am on Social Security and have little to spare and need the other $62.50 for food this week or go without for a week and they refused and sent me to you for help in getting it canceled. Ordered Product from them and then a day later received a call from them and was told that the product I ordered would not work unless I ordered another product to go with it which would cost me another 300. I knew then it was just a money grab. Told them to cancel my original order and they said I could not cancel until i had the order for 60 days. As soon as the 60 days was up I returned the order unopened. That was 5 months ago and have still not received a refund. They apparently have many issues with their refund system as this is why I am not getting a refund. When I call customer service they keep telling me to email financial support which does no good at all. I asked for a telephone number for financial support but they have no telephone there, go figure! Complete scam, I wish when there are so many reports about one company they could be shut down.

I have been trying to get a refund in the keto pills. The help I got from Luke about my return items was the Help@TCC success.com. That is a college in Florida. I know I am been scammed.

I also tried to cancel the order 5 minutes of placing the order and they said it could not be cancelled.
I now have a problem with Canada customs as the product is illegal in Canada and I could be charged.
I have been in contact with Tchaikovsky and they do not respond.
This site is a hoax and everyone needs to know.
I have also been in touch with a US lawyer and I will press charges if no refund is received

Same thing! Refused refund after double charging me and gave me the runaround for days! I called 15 minutes after purchase asking them to send me my money back and they refused told me to use the product and send back after 90 days! Complete BS made me short on daycare fees and made cheque bounce due to overcharging me! They even tried to sell me more stuff while I was begging for refund! I attached some of the emails I could find and I must add that I also called numerous times and they just kept blowing me off even leaving me on hold forever and then hanging up on me!

Im writing to you because of a situation that I have with your product, from the beginning this product Keto Advance 1500 did not agree with my system, it really made me sick and my personal physician advise me not to take it again. I was not able to sleep, anxiety problems etc. I spoke to several customer service at the beginning and was told to please call back for a refund of $239.82 after the 20th of July since this product has a 90 day full back refund guarantee. Please advise of my full refund to my email address. I NEVER placed a complaint with my bank as I was told today by Spence and Mitch your agents that I spoke and directed me to your Department. My account was deducted, $29.95; for a supposedly monthly membership fee by True Health Satisfaction. I contacted them to cancel the transaction because I had not agreed to such. They informed me that the $29.95 would be returned to my account and provided a confirmation number (16524974) to sustain the deposit back to my account. However, my bank has not received the deposit from True Health Satisfaction. Please advise.
