I ordered a Keto Advance product in July 2020. Inmediately I called and tried to cancel the order, but they refused to do it, even thoug I contacted them no even 5 minus after I ordered the product.
They asked me to wait for the product to arrive, and to return it, and they will reimburse my money ( over $300 canadian dollars).
The product took 3 months to arrive, and I called them, as they told me they have to received the return before 3 months, and they authorized me to return everything.
I have been emailing them, and they were sending me automated emails telling me they are working on the refund, they are having issues with the cutting checkes machine , that i have to pay the restocking fee... etc etc etc.
It has been almost a years, that Keto Advance took my money and just scammed me.
They have been silence since April 26,2021 that they sent me their last email.

I would like that someone from Keto Advance to take care of this situation and return back my money.

The same happened to me on 25th December, 2020. I wanted to check the price and it went straight to purchase without my acknowledgement. They sent me 2 bottles of something melted so couldn't really tell what was in the bottles.
It is now 7th May, 2021 and still waiting on a refund.
I have contacted these scammers on many occasions since only to be told the $111.10 has been sent to my account. IT HAS NOT

I was trying to find out a price of a product (CBD gummies) and before I got to any reviews the pricing or packages the purchase went through as the computer auto-filled my visa info. The company did get back to me but refused to cancel the order. The order was delayed 3 months and now confiscated by the border. I do feel scammed because this company can no longer be found. I have use a link from a friend and this link is now used to advertise something else- probably a new scam http://www.lm4j.rhoalal.com/

I am also worried about being flagged at the border for something I had no intention of doing

I have also used mu husbands name as it was supposed to be a present for which chronic back pain

Same here. You won't be flagged at the border. I certainly wasn't. But, yes unfortunately, it turns out to be a scam.
