I too have been scammed. I ordered the ball launcher on 7/21/20 and my account was hit on 7/22/20 for $14.99. I have not received the product yet and sent an email to a "gmail" account that the "no reply" order confirmation I received in July. I have not gotten a response. Just checked my account for something else and saw that I was charged $12.47 as a recurring charge on 8/20/20 and again on 8/22/20. I just disputed all 3 charges with my bank and have blocked them from being able to get any money from my account. I too tried to get a phone number and every time I try to get to website it says it can not be reached. WTH.

they said :
"We have limited staff to work with. Please be patient. Due to COVID, we have had delays with our supply chain, we apologize for any inconvenience"
i didn't think much of it.
asked for update today Aug 22
reply was "do you want a refund?"
i said " i would prefer the item, has it shipped?"
now that i found this and read everyone's experience i checked my cc and i noticed i was charged $12.47 on aug 19th so i sent a worded email back saying yes this all needs to be refund, calling cc company to report it, etc. awful ppl are like this and just steal ppls money

if you wait that amount of time, it gives them enough time to charge ur card again. Cancel your card and know this company is a scam! close your account because a replacement card will be charged as well. Even if it is a different number,,, they have monopolized the scamming industry

you do not currently have a membership, and you will not see any additional charges"

I work at a grocery store in South Carolina. Our name is Deals Galore Grocery and More. We have been getting repeated calls from all over the country about TDeals charging peoples credit card when they did not order anything or if they do order something they do not receive it. I want to let everyone know that it is not us doing this we are an IN person grocery store ONLY and to please call Amazon customer service to report TDeals so we can put a stop to them. That is what I did so maybe if enough of us call Amazon this will stop. Thanks!
