I was contacted via text message and told they found my resume on indeed.com and that they have positions available in customer service rep, data entry, data analyst, business analyst, I.T., Accounting Clerk Bookeeper. They then asked if I have any problem working remote? They stated this was strictly online and work from home job and hours are flexible. The pay is $37.09/hr and during training $20/hr. They would pay bi-weekly via direct deposit or paycheck and the maximum amount I could work would be 45 hrs. If employed you would be considered a full time employee and not an independent contractor. Benefits: Health, Dental, Life and AD&D Insurance, Emplyee Wellness and 401 K plans. Paid time off and Holidays with Generous Company Discounts.

Working hours are flexible, all activities and corresponding time are to be recorded In excel spreadsheet. As for your duties, I will assist you with any difficulties by email. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY:

Tracks data and source documents.Prepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and

interprets data to be entered. Compiles, sorts and verifies data for accuracy. Contacts responsible parties or clients from other organization to resolve moderately complex questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. Also perform Records keeping, keyboarding/ data entry and performing a variety of other office tasks account balancing, invoicing recording, proper data analysis of sales records and recording pay slips into accounting

database all these will be done through the use of the accounting

Software, such as faxing or emailing confidently and positive attitude online from home.

Texted about a job, since I have already dealt with this today, I knew it was a scam. I informed them I was doing research on their company. I have not heard back from them. I have not downloaded any of their information.

Contacted about a job applied to on Indeed.com for customer service rep-remote claiming to be from a Mr. Johnson Traylor. After a few questions confirming I could work from home and sharing more details of the job paying $28 during training and $35 regularly a Microsoft teams address was sent. After a lengthy teams chat asking for name, physical address, phone number and about 18 common interview questions I was told that I would receive a check via FedEx and instructions on how to deposit and appropriate funds in order to start the position. At no time was I speaking over video call it was all done via text and IM on Microsoft teams. The offer letter he promised was heavily photocopied and fonts didn't match. Details were missing like company address and benefit details. The email it came from was also registered to a different name than the one in Microsoft teams [mark williams] and stated by Google to be Mark Smith [email protected] so I marked it as spam. I also never received any W4 or other necessary documents and also could not find any of those names on the officical company website which he did provide me with via text.
