Pro pods

I orders 2 sets of pro pods that were suppose to come with a silicone protection cover white and black. The company advertises on tik tok. I ordered on 25th Jan. Emailed them on Feb. 2022 to have the address bounce back my email. The website is no longer online and the tracking order I see was delivered to Gold Coast Australia on 18th March. I live in New Zealand and they had my correct address I have screenshot everything to no availability they owe me $43.86 USD I see the product was shipped from China
