They changed there website and numbers and email I can’t get into my account now

I ordered a hoodie at beginning of December for my son for Xmas.It still says processing.They have no valid or working phone or email?My 46.00 was taken out the same day by a pay pal account with the name Nhung Nguyen as well? Reported him to Pay Pal they said his account is legit?Well why can’t they help us get our money back?My order still says processing?

I purchased an item on 12/16/2020. I then emailed them on 12/29/2020 to see when it would be shipped. Email came back undeliverable. I filed a complaint through PayPal who also contacted them with no response.

I also ordered a sweatshirt beginning of December and it still says processing 48.00,no working email or phone number.I reported the Nguyen guy to pay pal but they said his account isn’t fraud.is pay pal going to reimburse you?

I purchased an item on November 27th. I patiently waited seeing my order status as “processing” as of December 23rd. After paying, the confirmation said the purchase went to a personal email (NGOC NHUNG NGUYEN) through PayPal. I contacted the posted customer service number and the email on the bottom of the site and of course it was an auto voicemail saying the number didn’t exist and the email was not real. If it said “shipped” instead of processing I wouldn’t have been suspicious to begin with.

I placed an order with teecattee on 111/28/20. Received verification email. Have not received any contact or information since. Phone number and email on their webpage are not valid. I am unable to contact the company and have not received my product. Not a legit company from what I can tell. Beware!

Purchased product Nov 29th I waited until December 18th to try and contact them about progress on my purchase as it hadn't changed since I purchased. I email is fake and bounces back. Address is non-existing when looked up and the phone number is also connected to another company with same complaints.
