Scammer (Richard Armand Bourque) solicited his services on Craigslist listed as Handyman services offered. I answered hiim with a project. he came to my home and quoted a labor price. He provided business card with "Tenacious" listed as company. He said he needed half down. I paid him $400 and said he would start project on MOnday 800am. He never showed up, never answered emails and never answered calls.
