It was started by a person who was as unhappy with Terry’s as you and I.
Terry’s has disabled moments on their FB and Instagram pages. COWARDS!
They need to be shut down before they rip off hundreds on Valentine’s Day.
I ordered a “deluxe” garden bouquet to celebrate a beautiful 96yo women. She received a bouquet that I could have purchased in the grocery store for $25 and it was red, white and blue! Maybe to celebrate MLK day? Or the inauguration? Not sure? They present themselves as a local florist. A lie. I live on LI, they are located in NJ. Buyer beware...do not order from this flower vendor. I do not think they deserve the appellation florist. You are not able to leave reviews on their website. I researched and found not one + review on the BBB. Just a multitude of reviews with exactly the same complaints as I.
False advertising, misrepresentations, subpar product (nothing “deluxe” about the $75 bouquets I ordered). I feel they make their $ by falsely advertising and ultimately ripping people off. They are unethical and there is no mechanism available for accountability. Shut them down. I am going to attempt to deal with them through my credit card company.

tried to order flowers for my parents tombstone in the Freelandville Memorial Cemetery in Freelandville, IN from your company. You are advertised that you are You advertise that you are a local company located in Bicknell, IN. which is 6 miles from Freelandville. That's obviously bogus. The person I talked to didn't know where the cemetery was located and needed an exact address for the cemetery. It only has a highway number; not a specific address. The town has a population of about 500. The person didn't know that nor didn't know the zip code or anything about the area but indicated that you deliver to towns all around Bicknell. I was planning to spend over $100+. I asked if they could text me a picture of the stone once the flowers had been placed. he said your business didn't have time to do that. He checked with supervisors and said it would be easier if they were delivered to my address and I could place them myself. The return phone call was also suspicious since the number didn't list instead I got a SPAM Risk warning. I live 6 hours away from my parents grave in MO. BE HONEST. Don't pretend like you are in an area where you aren't really located or else train your staff better. Your company sounds really suspicious and unprofessional. I called a different florist who had an actual physical address with a local phone area code, took my $150 order and offered to text a photo on here own. I didn't even have to ask. That's how real professional florists do business.
