Purchased tickets to Hamilton in 2020 for $750.00 and the show was postponed. They say our tickets are rescheduled for Sept. 4, 2021 but the link they send does not go to any tickets. I received a scammers alert when I tried to open the link.

Event was rescheduled due to Covid 19. Got a notification saying my tickets would be honored or refunded if I could not make the new event date. Upon calling I was told they would not cancel the tickets and issue a refund but were keeping the money and I had no recourse.

Due to COVID 19 the Roger Waters concert scheduled for September 14th 2020 in Vancouver is "indefinitely postponed". And with everything that is going on, I can no longer afford to go. But since the concert is postponed and not cancelled they will not issue any refunds. Now I am just hoping that the concert will be cancelled so I can get my money back. Their official response is: "If you are unable to use your tickets, we encourage you to resell them to someone who does wish to use them." How can I resell tickets when no new date is set and no-one can afford to go to expensive concerts anymore? Their customer service guy Lewis laughed at me a few times when I tried to explain to him why I cannot afford to go and why I need my money back. That is a customer DIS-service. He also refused to let me speak to his supervisor. I am out of US $350, and someone is laughing all the way to the bank with MY money. This is a criminal organization. Any other company will issue a refund for returned goods - not these sharks.
